If the Mass Relays were discovered tomorrow, and there's really an Asari alien race... would you date one? I know guys would have no problem with this, but how about female gamers? I know FemShep has it easier because the galaxy doesn't have much room for hating gays/lesbians during the time of the Mass Effect games. However, if the relays were to be found tomorrow... we still have ton of people who are homphobic so yeah.

It would be like a moped for me. Might be fun to ride, but I wouldn't want my friends to see me on it.

Xenophobia at it's finest. I would have no qualms as long as I can find it enjoyable. I already get judged by something a lot more banal than that, like playing videogames, so yeah... No problem dating one.

Eh, depends. I'm more of an inside-matters-more-than-outside kind of guy so.. meh. I wouldn't be opposed to it, but... yeah. Lol

Damn right I would.... Earth women of the 20th- 21st century or Asari women..... is that even a choice?

In todays world I have to take penecillin to ensure my good date doesn't turn into a bad tomorrow

I'd be to busy looking for a bromance with a Turian. Going to the Ifle tower and shooting stuff from it... then making make him watch me eating while he starves due to the lack of dextro-amino acid food...

Good times :-)

Find the lack of concrete gender troubling and confusing, recommends caution, alien bacteria could be fatal. Also would recommend knowing the full extent of Asari biology and its working before commensing.

Personally wouldnt do an Asari without knowing the extent of risks and procedures. If we found MRs I would probly visit the Salarians and see their technology.

-Pros: Ofspring lives a millenia.

-Cons: Ofspring isnt yours in a traditional biological sense and the ofspring wouldnt really resemble you.

I've been put on this planet to procreate and have the best possible time whilst Im here. Plus nothing boosts your ego more than seeing your own ofspring and especially the resemblence it has to you. So no. I would not date an Asari or any other alien species that differed significantly from mine. Which would likely be all of them.

Considering many factors: Will there be war (like when Humans first located the relays and ran into Turians)? How will Earth governments react to such a discovery? Would they keep it hush-hush? Wouldn't war be guaranteed within our species, some governments fighting for total control of the relay?

I'm probably overthinking it, but probably my answer is "maybe," due to too many factors.

Hot blue alien sex?
Damn right! Bring it on!

As long as she allowed me to reproduce and be with a human female(s) too.
Otherwise I suspect it would be a more temporary arrangement or a "how many times have they broken up and got back together again?"-thing.

I'm attracted to men, so I wouldn't see myself going out of my way to pursue a romantic relationship with an Asari.

Sure, some of them are hot, but I rarely find myself attracted to my own gender.
