At the very least if we discovered them as a species tomorrow their asthetics would catch my eye.

-Pros: Ofspring lives a millenia.
-Cons: Ofspring isnt yours in a traditional biological sense and the ofspring wouldnt really resemble you.
I've been put on this planet to procreate and have the best possible time whilst Im here. Plus nothing boosts your ego more than seeing your own ofspring and especially the resemblence it has to you. So no. I would not date an Asari or any other alien species that differed significantly from mine. Which would likely be all of them.
Seems fitting that the Illusive man is your avatar... I actually read your post with his voice in mind
-Hahah... Well. Thanks.

On the reproductive side of things, I could live with knowing my kids'll outlive me by centuries. Blood is blood, no matter what it looks like. Family goes a helluva lot deeper than just physical characteristics.
Emotional- At least she'd never get on my case for not expressing myself since she'd know what's going through my head.

Find the lack of concrete gender troubling and confusing, recommends caution, alien bacteria could be fatal. Also would recommend knowing the full extent of Asari biology and its working before commensing.
Personally wouldnt do an Asari without knowing the extent of risks and procedures. If we found MRs I would probly visit the Salarians and see their technology.
Mordin? is that you?!

I think the real ***** about dating an asari would be figuring out which one's actually your girlfriend, considering they all have virtually the same physical characteristics with the exception of skin tone. I mean... Maybe it's just me, but that'd get extremely unnerving.

They don't all look alike, I can tell Dr. T'Soni from the rest. <3

Allow me to rephrase. -Most- asari look alike in the traditional sense of some humans being dead ringers for one another. Some physical attributes (height, weight, bust, hips, etc etc) may vary, but I get the feeling most of them might get offended if you tried to ID them by their ******.
"I'm sorry Dr. Tsoni. I was just looking for your uh... Nametag. Yeah, your nametag, that's it."

First I'm not really into woman, second I don't think Asaris are pretty with their blue scaled skin and their tentacle heads.

Also asari breast size increase with age so the method would not be reliable over time.

On a more serious note; Asari can only get daughters right? No playing soccer with my son then...*sniff*
