Sort of. I get what you mean, but since Asari reproduction does incorporate genes from the father, something core about what makes you who you are, does transfer over. Sure, your kids will be Asari and won't look human... but they'll be part human, just the same.
Some of the traits from the father can be passed onto the offspring I think.

If the relays were discovered tomorrow, do you honestly think that the general public would be fine with mating with other species? The humans who choose to do so would become social pariahs.
...and I still totally would.

If the Mass Relays were discovered tomorrow, and there's really an Asari alien race... would you date one? I know guys would have no problem with this, but how about female gamers? I know FemShep has it easier because the galaxy doesn't have much room for hating gays/lesbians during the time of the Mass Effect games. However, if the relays were to be found tomorrow... we still have ton of people who are homphobic so yeah.
I would not date an asari; in my opinion they aren't attractive.

Heh, true. Likewise.
We do see that sort of prejudice still exists in the ME universe, demonstrated by the scene in ME3 on the citadel in the embassy section at the desk in the main area, with the human trying to get her asari daughter to Thessia and explaining why the human side of the family is out of the question. It could even be that this sort of prejudice is widespread on Earth, but we just don't see it since Shepard travels in other circles where the Asari have been around for a long time.

Yeah probably. Depends on the personality a lot too though.
The big question though; would you be happy with Liara or Shiala or would you try to find a Red Asari?
Zing!!! LOL!
On subject, I would absolutely date an Asari....

I read this in Joker's voice. No lie. Because it's something he'd say.

While my preferences lean toward quarians in general and Tali specifically; I would date an asari no matter what social stigma may be attached. Attraction is mostly personality.

That said, Liara was probably the most interesting romance in both ME1 and ME3. So if they're adorable/sexy/awesome then yes.

Do they actually act all female like Liara or is their behavior a mix of male and female traits? Possible turn-off.

Asari Matrons = Maybe
Asari Matriarchs = Definately yes
Matriarchs because they are in the last of their lifespan and some of them will want to spend the rest of that time with someone they will spend their last century together, that and I like space M.I.L.F's

Wow. That is like the third or fourth time since the game came out that someone has told me that my posts sound like something Joker would say.
Great minds think alike, I guess.
...Or is it just because I've got Joker as my picture?
