Yes all Asari are hot with perfect body, and can give you the best O in the world both mind and body.
Keep in mind that humans also have perfect bodies in Mass Effect's 'verse.

That doesn't bother me in the slightest and from NPC conversations; Asari are used to their mates not living as long as them. They have married and had children with Salarians afterall.

-She lives a lot longer than you, so she'll most likely be about a 100 years old before she will be interested in you. Remember, Liara is 'young' at about a hundred-and-some years old. How would you feel dating a girl older than you, never mind several times over?
This doesn't bother me either. I don't feel inferior to someone with more experience. They have so much to teach!

-Never mind someone with several degrees, all of them more advanced than anything you've studied, never mind what it is, because their society is more advanced? Maybe you can beat her on something like human psychology, Earth biology, Human medicine or local law, but in anything science related, she would be so far ahead, it wouldn't even be funny any more
Going back to what I said. So much to teach! Even though our tech is primitive, it shouldn't be impossible to learn hers. I also don't feel intimidated or inferior to someone with more learning. It is the time we spend together; not what we know.

-Your offspring will look like her a lot, but not much like yourself.
I don't see a problem with that here either. People adopt all the time and they still love their adopted children as their own. In this case, while you wouldn't directly contribute your genes, you will still have a daughter to love and raise with your wife.

-Compared to the Asari, Humans are primitives, with primitive technology, fighting wars amongst themselves. As far as I know, Asari only fight other races and don't wage aggressive wars. Wouldn't an Asari feel like she was dating a Neanderthal?
I would assume she would know that on the outset. I don't think this would impact a long-term relationship. Especially if I left Earth (and all its troubles) behind.

-Would Humans and Asari really be physically compatible, so to speak?
As the games and the books show; yes. They are compatible. Moreso than an Asari/Krogan pairing, but we see that it is possible for them too.

But as long as you're only dating, I think an inferiority complex would be in order on the part of the Human.
Not really. Not knowing is the best part of life. It is what scientists do. They love not knowing. Not only is it fun to learn the deeper mysteries of the universe, but not knowing means they still have a job to do. Love. Learn. Adapt.

So... I dunno. Would depend on the Asari, I guess.
This is true for any species pairing. Attraction is about personality more than anything else.
