So no way to get it im afraid, without a valid CE online pass serial.

I figured it was probably something like that. The other costume meshes have multiple variations (Explore, LOC_INT. Or maybe they're seperate parts? Dunno, I didn't extract the meshes), but the NC ones just have the single mesh.
I unpacked the sfar file for "From Ashes" and compared the bin files. It looks like the mesh number for squad outfits (00, 01, etc) corresponds to the "MemberAppearanceValue=x" in
"biooui.ini > sfxgame > sfxguidata > teamselect > selectappearances"
So if we could get our grubby paws on the actual meshes, it should be possible to add them to the game. Probably not entirely in-line with the EULA though, so I guess we can forget about it.

The meshes are all whole. However they reference different textures and anims. I'm guessing the EXPLORE ones refer to the meshes used on the Citadel. The game doesn't need to load combat anims and textures for explosions and stuff, so I'm guessing the different pcc files contains a file to tell the game to tell it what to load. For example, all the combat anims and stuff used by Liara\\Ashley are not in thier pcc's, but in FemSheps (as they're the same).
Do not take as what I say as the bible though, its from what I saw in the files and from my experience in game dev.

I think that's a set of passive abilities that's stored directly in the pcc file for the AA and VA. However I think you ca get the Asari Heavy Melee. I'll have to check it out.
Anybody knows a command that lets you load packages on the fly? I know they removed the one from ME2 but someone mentioned another command somewhere.

EDIT 1: Nevermind, I think this is one of those things that doesn't work mid-game and has to be done with an import.
EDIT 2: She just randomly appeared for the final assault on earth, after all the squadmate conversations. Weird.

Where exactly ? I see the matter is about holstering weapon, not about lowering your weapon ( like when you are facing the wall) . I meant certain animation, relaxed stance with a gun pointed down. Or am I missing something ?

a stupid little thing, but it really bugs me, is it possible to
somehow make Avenger assault rifle look the same and those in the
armory, I mean the default optics, which was on avenger in ME2 and on
all assault rifles in ME1
it's just that without the optics the gun
looks wierd, I know it's a small problem but if anybody knows if it can
be changed somehow? anybody knows? I am really interested in this thank you for the answer

ON that note im guessing things like abilities in multiplayer are not an option? Things like a geths huntermode, batarian abilities, krogan rage ect.

They don't have one, well, it's technically -1. However, that just means that it's unlocked by default.Trauma3x wrote...

Now for my own question, I hate to ask, because there is already so many questions...
But is there any way... any way at all to kill the hunter modes visuals? Just keep the highlighting and the effects....
It is such an awsome ability but it burns my eyes out even with a properly calibrated moniter.

Not a problem, you have to have had dinner. Search this thead for the flag to change. May even be on the first page.

Look on the Mass Effect 3 Wiki page under Tweaks
There is a heading under add any power. You have to do it with key binding and the coal file.
