the first MP DLC was already done and most of the items data already in the main game's database
That's not true. The weapons, maps, characters and powers from Resurgence were all downloaded with the DLC. They weren't already on the disc.

Can't you just tick the "Is loyal" box in the Plot>ME2>Henchman menu in Gibbed's?DJepic112 wrote...
Still hoping some of you smart people could find the bool ID that says we completed Miranda's loyalty mission in ME2. I started ME3 on the PC (other ones were on consoles) and have NO WAY of saving Miranda due to this one requirement that cannot be done in ME3 alone.

For some reason that doesn't actually do the trick. Her loyalty and doing her loyalty mission are apparently two different things to the game. It's weird and she's the only one that's like that.

EA/Bioware realized their mess up after first MP DLC, and will not make any of the stuff they will sell at a later date for SP available anymore. This has to do with the programming code of the base game, the first MP DLC was already done and most of the items data already in the main game's database. The MP DLCs afte,r have most of there data store in the MP database which sits on EA/Bioware servers. The SP and MP data are two separate databases, SP is store on the disc that we as customers own, where all the MP info is on servers we don't have access to, and it will take work to add the MP weapons and mods into the SP game database, like a DLC.
On a side note MP bans have been going out left and right with most players not knowing why,, this is do to modding certain files within your game, even changing button layout, or adding HD graphics is a violation of the ToS for MP. These bans can also happen if you haven't done any modding but play in a match where someone mods their files, because in some cases it changes your files, there fore you get the ban, just letting you guys know.
Hilarious.

Is there a way (by modding) to replace the scream voice of banshees in multiplayer games?
It's so annoying and I got headache from those nonstop screaming (when I play the sounds/voices are important for me, except banshee screaming).
I think the replacement of the audio file or something similar operation could be enough, but I know nothing about this.
Thanks for your help and sorry for my english!

That really shouldn't be the case. They are on the record as stating that changing button layout is perfectly okay, and I see in no way how adding HD graphics would give you an unfair advantage in MP (therefore you would not be banned for it). I don't know where you're getting your info, but people aren't being banned for these things. If they're banned for modding, it's because they altered weapons or something else that would give them an advantage, not buttons or graphics.

Yep, if you don't have the bool ID set to true that says you completed her mission in ME2 (regardless of loyalty), she will die in ME3 no matter what. I've learned the hard way and all the research I've done online on this has not helped me.

I believe so, but it's pretty complicated. You have to modify the LOD vertices and there are so many entries that I don't even know where to tell you to start.DJepic112 wrote...
Is there a way to make a nose/nostrils less wide thru modding? Most of the nose settings for the male Shepards have grotesquely large and wide noses. The ones that have a decent nose bridge are too wide and the ones that are more narrow have gross deformed looking bridges. I'm trying to find a way to change the wideness of the nose. I've tried messing with the offset bone settings but none seem to affect the width of a nose.
Maybe someone has figured them out and they can help you or you could try making the exact copy of your Shepard and then change the nose to a different one or change the height/depth slightly and compare to see which entries are different. That would be time consuming though.

On a non-related issue, have the bool IDs that get Conrad Verner in ME3 been figured out? I really want to see him.

Ok there is a lot to go through in this thread so maybe it's been addressed., but i think there is another bool that goes along with 20694 for Kelly chambers changing her name. i say this because at one point after I used this I went in to engineering and overheard Ken and Gabby talking about her death even though i'd talked to her after the edit.
Not sure but that's a small problem compared to mine. You can get Kelly alive in the next game now that you know to warn her. There's NO WAY for me to save Miranda currently because I don't have the bool ID that says you completed her ME2 mission. Her loyalty bool doesn't do anything in Me3.

Interesting to note though, I just brought Kaidan with me to save Victus's son on Tuchanka. He has actual dialog here. That I was not expecting, considering all the missions up till now they were both completely silent.
Sidenote, Is there any chance anyone knows the Boolean number to put Anderson in the squad? I thought it was 17692 since the game refers to that character as "hench_marine" but I failed to realize that there was no "hench_james" and was sorely dissapointed.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to edit DLC content, particularly From Ashes, without rendering it corrupt. Since I'm only changing one file, the .bin file containing the Prothean Particle Rifle, theoritically, if you change the memory required to load that file (located within the PCConsole) to compensate for the new .bin file size, the entire DLC package should maintain the same size. But oddly, this isn't the case, as the entire package changes size by a few kilobytes, rendering it corrupt unless you use the original file.
Anyone know a workaround this? I know that the same method was used to accomplish injecting in hi-res textures without the use of Texmod. But that was for vanilla ME3, and not DLC content. Am I doing something wrong, or are we unable to edit DLC content as of right now?

I know people were saying swapping character models wasn't possible, but this person was able to swap Kaidan onto Liara for Thessia HERE ... any ideas on how she managed it?
Hmm. However that person did it may be the way to put custom skins on squadmates. Perhaps replacing the VS skin with a custom one of whatever squadmate you want and putting that over them?
