Just a quick message to the op. Been fiddling the last couple of days and found out a number of things.
1. You can increase the max cooldown bonus beyond 200%, I have tested it with many different combinations. Have mine currently set to 300%. Does not work in MP - Risked getting a ban to test this can confirm it does not carry across. Simply change, ''encumbrancemaxcooldown'' and ''encumbrancemincooldown'' both to ''-3.0f'' for 300%, 4.0f for 400% etc.
2. Increase the number of grenades shepard can bring into combat. bioweapon.ini > sfxgame > maxgrenades. Set to whatever number you wish. There is also another line maxgrenadesmp, this used to affect mp a month or two ago but a recent patch has removed this. Bugger!
3. Increase Medigel. Same as above, just set the maxmedigel to your desired amount. Does not work in MP.
4. Some weapon modifications. You can add armor/cover penetration to any weapon you desire (my personal favourite is the hurricane =P). Simply head to bioweapon.ini > sfxgamecontent > sfxweapon > then choose which weapon you want to mod, right click on the weapons name in the list and select add new value. Add the line distancepenetrated in the value name and click ok. Select the new line in the ini and set your desired distance. Eg: distancepenetrated = 100 is 1m of penetration. 200 is 2m and 300 is 3m and so on. Does not work in MP.
5. Remove recoil from weapons. bioweapon.ini > sfxgamecontent > sfxweapon > select your weapon and click the little + sign to open the list. Head down to recoil and set to X=0,Y=0. Does work in MP.
Some powers now:
You can increase the number of enemies hit by powers and the range as well as area of affect by modding the powers in the biogame.ini > sfxgamecontent > sfxpowercustomaction > power of your choice. Does work in MP.
Example: Make reave, charge, incinerate, carnage, concussive shot, cryoblast etc etc hit more enemies in a larger area simply change the impactradius (aoe - values are 100 is 1m, 200 is 2m etc) and maximumimpacttargets (number of enemies that can be affected - values are 1 is one person, 2 is 2 people etc) to whatever values you want. You should see my vanguards biotic charge now, clears entire groups of enemies and sends em flying.
To increase the damage and force of powers, simply change the damage and force values. To increase how long powers last on a target, effectduration. Most are pretty self explanatory, you can even improve the evolution bonuses. Having trouble or a little confused, send me a message and I will do my best to help you.
Probably the BEST thing I have found to change is the henchmancooldowntime line. It says what it says on the box, determins what your squadmates cooldown time is with said power. I changed all these to the cooldowntime value for shep so squadmates will have the same cd time as they did in ME2. I dunno wtf bioware was thinking with this, but it was a really dumb decision to make squadmates cd's as long as they currently are. Garrus has like 12second cd on concussive shot! You know how gimped that power is now?
Another thing. To all those sentinels out there, you can remove the cd penalty or tech armor. HOORAY! simply set the encumberancepenalty value to 0.0f and enjoy the same cd's that all the other classess have. Can do the same for gethshieldboost and fortification. Can also increase the damagereduction.
