I found a bigger list of all the bools and am adding my 2 cents to it. This almost has EVERYTHING in the mass effect game. It'll be a day or two to clean up but I'll post it here.

Mass Effect 1 plot bools

Those are the bools included with the most recent revisions, check under Plot. =]

Huh didn't realise that gibbed made a new version I just found these on 4chan lol.

Mass Effect 2 Plot

Well I added to the ME2 plot bool from the other plot bool thing in this cleaned up fashion.

Does anyone know how to disable the alarms while exploring the galaxy map? It gets old after the second system.

Just the Reaper sounds, or the entire concept with being targeted by reapers?

Btw found this guy who basicly extracted everything from the game by force and is going nuts with it :lol:

Yes and no. Plot-wise, it's probably buggy as hell. But you can easily get them both in your party during missions by flagging them both as 'in squad'.

Everything except the Prothean Particle Rifle and the Priority: Eden Prime mission are on the disc.

You can get the:
Collector Assault Rifle
N7 Hurricane
N7 Valiant
N7 Valkyrie
N7 Crusader
N7 Eagle
M-90 Indra
AT-12 Raider
M-55 Argus
N7 Defender Armor
Chakram Launcher
Reckoner-Knighr Armor
N7 Hoodie

So, just so I'm clear, not only is the character model/voice files for the main game/skill tree for Javik on the disc, but all of the CE weapons (minus the Particle Rifle) and all the pre-order DLC is too? I wouldn't be surprised if all the squadmate alternate outfits are on the disc too.

Javik only has one appearance model if you activate him without the DLC so I'm betting that those alternate casual outfits are actually in the download too.  It would be cool if someone found them though.

It's possible to change it permanently by editing coalesced.bin.

Find the casual appearances section (biogame.ini > sfxgame > sfxplayercustomization > casualappearances). Look for lines 5 and 6, which reference ARM_CTHi_MDL; this is the default outfit Shep wears in the prologue. Line 5 is the "clean" version of the outfit which appears during the opening dialogue, line 6 is the "damaged" version which appears during the combat sequence. They must both be changed.

The N7 hoodie is HMM_ARM_CTHk_MDL (male) and HMF_ARM_CTHj_MDL (female), so change the mesh reference. Also remove the material overrides or you will get weird textures. (You will still get weird textures at one point, during the explosion at the beginning. I'm not sure how or if this can be fixed.) ETA: Also change the material overrides or you will get weird textures.

Line 5:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_CLN_MAT_1a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
FemaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MAT_1a"),
Id=4,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

Change to:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHk.HMM_ARM_CTHk_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHk.HMM_ARM_CTHk_MAT_1a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHj.HMF_ARM_CTHj_MDL"),
FemaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHj.HMF_ARM_CTHj_MAT_1a"),
Id=4,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

Line 6:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_DMG_MAT_2a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
FemaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MAT_2a"),
Id=5,PlotFlag=21752,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

Change to:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHk.HMM_ARM_CTHk_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHk.HMM_ARM_CTHk_MAT_1a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHj.HMF_ARM_CTHj_MDL"),
FemaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHj.HMF_ARM_CTHj_MAT_1a"),
Id=5,PlotFlag=21752,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

This will force Shepard to wear the N7 hoodie during the prologue, and it will also remove the default prologue outfit from the armor locker, so there will be two N7 hoodies. If you still want the outfit to be selectable from the armor locker, add the following line to casual appearances:

(Mesh=(Male="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
MaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMM_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMM_ARM_CTHi_CLN_MAT_1a",
Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MDL",
FemaleMaterialOverride="BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHi.HMF_ARM_CTHi_MAT_1a"),
Id=11,PlotFlag=-1,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

Set 757 to true and 759 to false.

Just to double check with you, should I set 759 to false first, before setting 757 to true?

Or does the order in which I do this not really matter? That was the only thing I was slightly confused on.

Order shouldn't matter. Just open your save, edit those values and save.
