Try searching for "damagehench" in Bioweapon.ini in Coalesced. Change the value to 1f instead of 0.3f.

Yes. I can wear armor on the Normandy while Tali's around. Now I'm trying to find out how to make the helmet fully covering.
Edit: Unless you don't need his face directly covered.

(If by fully covering, you mean hide his face from a frontal shot, I can use a back one just fine for my project. If the model is glitched, yar, that's still a problem.)

Alrighty then. Go into your Mass Effect documents folder > Config > Biogame.ini
Search for "m_maleActorType"
Change the line to "m_maleActorType=BIOG_HumanMale_Hench_C.hench_humanmale" (without quotes)
This makes you look like Kaidan (which shouldn't matter as Shepard's face isn't going to be seen anyway), but also puts you in armor.  You can toggle the helmet on if not already.
Edit: Doesn't seem like you can customize his armor. Is that an issue?

That worked *perfectly* HJF4.

Thank you so much, that'll help obscure what Shepard appears like in my Stargazer replacement video and make it a lot better. Thanks a million.

EDIT: Customization of armor's not a problem. I'm making a montage of like moments in the series for this bit, and just needed to cover up his appearance.

Ugh! Sorry to ask this, if it's been asked about in the past.. 65 pages that I am unfortunately not going to go through.

Is there a bool in gibbed that I can toggle to get my crew to live through ME2?
I started off with a new Shep in ME3 and there are A LOT of names no this list that I wouldn't like on there. Kelly for instance :c Sad times.

So yeah.
Bool for going immediately to save the crew for the very rude collectors.
Edit: AND. I've tried changing the value so that I've played ME2, but whenever I change it to true, I lose some soundbits?
Am I doing something wrong?
Is the game going to break down on me?
Is it just what you have to live with?

I experimented with this for a day, unfortunately, it's *incredibly* difficult to make it turn out properly, I have yet to have any success. She needs to have a mesh replaced, which I did and worked fine, as well as the textures. I did this as well. However, there is some *severe* lighting bugs that make the outcome unfortunately unplayable with. If you go to the ME3Explorer forums general help page, you can see how it looks, but it requires some serious technical prowess to try and fix, that I don't have the skill for. :crying: (Psst, if anyone knows about '4D Tangent Math' go to the forums and get this fixed!!!)

Silver lining though is it is possible  -- but I'm doubtful there is enough interest/skill from someone to try and figure out the lighting bugs.

Try removing all of the powers in gibbed save game editor. When you load you should get the powers back.

Can you be more specific on what you're losing?
The bool for played ME2 is 1456.

Try removing all of the powers in gibbed save game editor. When you load you should get the powers back.

Checked the forums and it was there were I found what was said about Gildor's Active X importer. It wasn't WW who knew that stuff, but you might get some information whom person who does modeling with 3D Studio Max and know the filter stuff, maybe ask from him?

Friends, can I ask you how to change the N7 Helmet on the N7 Defender armor to the Rebreather helmet?

I know this has been asked and answered in the past, but I'm not very good with modding coalesced to figure it out on my own. I do know how to remove the helmet, but I don't know how to change into a different one.

hi, WV here. Gildors tools work fine, its my import function that needs better calculation! I mean, if theres some issues with max, then theres a button for it, or its at least covered by some tutorial or something. But if its about the importfunction into ME3 you have take ALOT into account. And lighting was the smallest issue, so I was happy when the game at least didnt crashed! Lighting needs correct UVs, tangent quaternions (binormals,bitangents, the 4D thing...) and correct normalmap texture, so... anyway, I already added import options, so you can play with all the variables that have to do with the lighting calculation. The issue seems to have to do with mirrored meshes (flipped UVs) and my general lack of quaternion math, so if anyone is interested and can read c#, here is the entire import function and the lighting calculation function (which are a bit updated by now, but in general still the same)

Hey!

I checked the thread you linked and gotta say there is nothing useful I can think I could contribute, really. All I coud think would be just messing with functions with trial and error and see what is imported, what's not and what would cause game to crash (which would mean it's read at least) but something concrete, no. 3D stuff never was my strong point.

I may check other mod communities for more information though, unless they are using your tools alreary, just a thought, it's UE game after all.

Gotta say I really hope this is could be solved though. I just started ME3 again because of DLC and were totally forgotten how ****ing hideous Ash standard outfit is, where this character escaped on my screen, retro sci-fi theme resteurant? but I digress.

Thanks for posting! I may come to pester you, or well, anyone, to ME3explorer forums regarding something I like to do regarding ME3 GUI one of these days.

Is anyone else experiencing their files being deleted when using gibbed and modio. I just went back to playing because of the dlc and I went to change my romance back to jack and now the whole save is gone. Please help!!

Has anyone figured out yet if there's a way to get Clone Shepard's armor for your Shepard to wear? Like, the light armor with camo that he/she is wearing the first time you encounter him/her?
