The bug seems to be that ME2 simply forgot to mark the 6941 plot boolean as true when you had Liara tour the normandy in LotSB. And as such it did not get imported properly into ME3.

So it's basically a LotSB bug and not necesarily a bug in ME3

i believe they took it out as it took up too much memory? Some reason like that.

If you change the "is combat pawn" value in Gibbed  to false you can have a holstered weapon in a combat zone so it does work, I'm not sure there is a transition animation though.  I'm sure someone can figure out a way to flip that switch back and forth with out having to save in between.  Even without a transition animation it would be an improvement if you could holster and unholster when you wanted.

You're right though, they did claim it was a memory issue and didn't include it so it will have to be a mod.

This is like... the only thing I need to edit for a perfect game lol and I can't seem to get it. There's no way I'm playing ME2 again just to feed some damn fish =_=

These values are for ME3. They are just indicating whether you got any of the fishes in ME2. And if they are true, you will get the respective fish from Kelly. These values shouldn't alter anything else, though I haven't checked that.

Just to be clear: These three values I mentioned are for the fishes which survived ME2. So if you had only this Illium fish in ME2, and import your save in ME3, one of these three values should be true. If you then talk to Kelly, it checks which value ist true and Kelly will give you the Illium fish. Or so I think. I don't know why these values are set to false in your game, did none of the fishes survive ME2?

Does anybody know how to make shields not to block powers? here in biogame\\sfxgame\\sfxgameconfig is a line bshieldsblockpowers=true, but changing it to "false' does not help.

 Ok, at this point I am now seriously pissed off!

Ok, I did what I said I was going to do in my last post, and that was change my primary weapon in Raw>Player>Primary Weapon.

That ended up changing my file to corrupt, I couldn't even get it to go back over to my xbox.

So I reloaded my Unmodded save and tried to transfer it back to my xbox. It still said it was corrupted, an unmodded save, corrupted!.

I deleted all my saves one by one and no matter what I did it was still saying my file was corrupted.

My game that I was useing is now completely gone. All 15 plus hours is just gone. 

I am pissed, and am now going to take a shot to calm my nerves. After that, I will start a new game, make a bunch of saves, and try something different.

What I plan to try next is to go to Raw>Player>Weapon Loadout and change my Heavy Weapon from None to the Cain.

Don't have an xbox so I don't know but can you make backups of your saves for next time?

No, they were all dead. I didn't romance kelly at all because I was trying to be Liara's "true" love. I got tired of buying the fish only to see them die because I forgot to feed them so I just said the hell with it. However you can buy all the fish in ME3 anyway so it isn't a big deal, I would have missed these Prejek fish regardless because I didn't romance kelly at all. 

This is really unfair...

The odd thing is that kelly IS at the docks, there's just no prejek fish to be found anywhere.

I'd rename the difficulty setting you normally play on to level1difficultydata or level2difficultydata. ( This assumes that the shield/power interaction is tied to difficulty level, and that shields don't matter on the lower settings, which I haven't checked.)  Then try playing on casual or whatever setting shields don't matter.

sfxgame.sfxdifficultyhandler -> level1difficultydata

Thing is, I did make back ups of all my saves. Even the un modded ones were not being accepted, so I had to delete everything.

Did you convert everything or did you leave you backups alone on the xbox? Maybe it was the conversion step that corrupted them? Are you sure you can mod this stuff and them convert it back to xbox format? Maybe this time you can test it right away to make sure it is going to work before you lose all that time again. Not being critical or anything just trying to help, personally this is why I play PC games because modding is half the fun.

FOr some reason I can't copy my files from my xbox to a USB, they have to be moved whole.  But when they are moved, I make multiple copies on my PC before I mod.

Also, I modded ME3 before, by giving myself all the assault rifles and the Widow sniper rifle, making them level 10, and giving myself 9 million credits.  It all worked fine without a problem.  

Its only after I started on the Cain did i start having problems.

I've been looking for some time, right now the main thing on the internet is eyes, hair, and armor. most haven't even touched weapons.
