Does anyone know what all of the bool commands do for a ME3 save, I was hoping to start a new campaign with everything from the previous two game done but my save file was corrupted and is unrecoverable.

Ok, at the risk of making myself look like an idiot I've been trying to
work out how to get Miranda's red dress into the casual locker for a few
hours now and I'm giving up. I've found a lot of ways it *doesn't*
work, though.

The model code for the dress should be this: "BIOG_HMF_ARM_CTH_R.CTHg.HMF_ARM_CTHg_MDL". (Pulled from BioH_Exp3_Miranda_0.pcc). The problem seems to be that the mesh is shared by another dress and I can't for the life of me work out what the MaterialOverride code is meant to be - it either comes up as the default white/purple colour, doesn't come up at all or crashes the game.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to make it work?My head hurts...

It might just... not work, unfortunately. A couple months ago I was playing around with getting some color combos of the science outfit onto Shepard, and I just could not get it to work, despite them appearing on numerous NPCs in the game (the blue and purple one, specifically). I had what I was pretty sure was the right texture material override for it, but it just wouldn't show up no matter what I did and would default back to the black and white version. I'm still not sure why that was, but it could possibly be the same thing that's causing the issue here. Might have to do with package streaming?

BIOG_HMF_FRM_R.CTHo.HMF_ARM_CTHo_LIARA_Mat1a for Liara's dress.

Also with recent leaps in ME3 Explorer, I wanted to see how the mesh replacement works. This happened when I tried to replace the N7 dress with Kasumi mission dress:

Clone armour, almost but the materials get messed even if you use correct seculars and normal maps:

Yeah, that's what I thought it was too, but it wasn't working - was trying every variation I could think of.. I guess Merylisk is right and it just won't work - looking at the other casual outfit variations it seems like the working ones have material override codes which are mostly the same as the mesh codes. Meh. At least I know it wasn't just me doing something wrong. :lol:

I wonder if it's possible to override the textures of one of the other dresses with the same mesh using Texmod? Might have a look into that tomorrow.

Simply using using Miranda's or Liara's texture wont do it since the material definitions are quite a bit different.

Unfortunately no.  I too have been scouring every pcc file and these forums, and asking folks that might know how to equip Shepard's locker with this and no luck.
I managed to find the package it is in and the name of the mesh file:
BIOD_Cit003.HMM_ARM_FBDI_MDL.psk (HMF_ for female)

The problem is, you will notice that most of the casual wear and armor you can give to Shepard is located in a BIOG_ package and those are loaded when the game starts.  The problem in getting the Clone armor is that you would have to force load the pcc file it is located in and that is beyond my ability to do.

So until someone much smarter then I can come up with a solution I suspect all of us fans of that particular armor will be out of luck.

Edit :

Taking out the Cit003. in the coalesced yields me a crash. So... getting some where.  The .pcc i initially mentioned doesn't seem to exist anywhere that I can find.

Hi everyone! I've recently gotten ME3 on the PC (long time console player of ME) and I'm wanting to flag all my ME2 squad mates as loyal. I've edited the save file in Gibbed (Plot > Manual > Bool)

3.6. Set ME2 squad loyalties

a. Open save game editor and then go to the "Plot" tab.

b. Input the following IDs (one by one) into the "Bool" textbox. Then press "Get" button and set them to "True" (to
    get the loyalty).

  *Garrus-183
  *Grunt-189
  *Jack-179
  *Jacob-178
  *Kasumi-182
  *Legion-180
  *Miranda-177
  *Mordin-188
  *Samara-191

After inputting the above numbers, my Gibbed is showing me that they are all set to true and were already true in the first place. I ticked "____ is loyal" for all of the ME2 characters in the ME2 tab as well. However, I am meeting Thane at the hospital for the first time and I know his dialogue is telling me that he is not loyal. If this is the case then I worry about the loyalty of all of the ME2 squaddies.

Does anyone have any advice please? :blush:

PS: I have successfully edited both my Shep's hair and added Garrus as her LI via Gibbed, so I sort of know my way around it. ^_^

As far as I know, Thane's suicide mission loyalty does not actually matter in ME3. What does matter is if you reunited him with Kolyat. The bool for that is 3426, set it to true.

For example, search for "3426" and you will see it corresponds to Kolyat having been reunited with his father.

I don't think it's possible, the import thing messes up the materials. I hope that they get it fixed soon.

About the clone armour string, it should be this: BIOG_HMF_ARM_SHPc_R.FBDl.HMF_ARM_FBDl_MDL for female and BIOG_HMM_ARM_SHPc_R.FBDl.HMM_ARM_FBDl_MDL for male but since it's located in BioD*.pcc it will crash because it can't seek it. As far as I know, no one has yet figured out how to seek from any package you want. Adding it to seekfree package list doesn't seem to work any more in ME3.

Did someone find the mesh for brooks hair??? I try this BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROMaya.HMF_HIR_PROMaya_MDL but it gave me a black screen at the start....and then i try this BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO.Hair_PROBrooks.HMF_HIR_PROBrooks_MDL but crash the game in the loading screen ....any suggestion???

You might have to find the texture also for it to work. It should end with Diff

Hmm, I'm just not getting something.

What I'm trying to do is to modify the Cerberus Ajax armor to have the properties of the Inferno armor (I HATE the look of Inferno). I'm playing around in the "fullbodyappearances" and I see two references for Inferno and two for Cerberus.

I've tried giving both occurrences of Cerberus the Inferno game properties, and I've tried making a new entry with a plotflag of -1. Neither attempt has worked. Does anyone know how to do this, or can point me to a better description?

I did do the modification of casual appearances, and it worked perfectly.

Unless someone figures out how to load stuff from certain packages, it will not work.
