But some of the stuff I want to mod requires editing the coalesced.bin. How do I do this if I do not have the PC version?
Basically I want to add outfits and is it possible to add the default FemShep hair to the CC? Or edit the Default FemShep in the CC? This thread has a lot of pages and I am a little overwhelmed in trying to find exactly what I am looking for. I found how to add the hair to my current character but that is not whatI want at the moment.

You can't edit the coalesced.bin on xbox, that is for PC only. Also I suggest using Horizon rather than Modio when it comes to editting ME3 saves. Modio can corrupt ME3 save files, everything will seem fine but then when you get to a certain amount of save files for a career (around 10) you will constantly get a message saying you need to delete a corrupt file and you won't be able to make any more saves. If you want to add outfits to the armor locker: change the following bool values to true
22590 - enables the tracksuit
21752 - enables the other 4 casual outfits. Alternatively you can go to raw > squad > player > appeareance > casual id and change the number to what you would like Shepard to be wearing. Some casual id codes: 6 - Tracksuit, 8 - Injured, 7 - Underwear, 5 - Clothes worn during first reaper attack on earth, 2 - Casual Scientist outfit from ME2.
You cannot add the default's hair to the CC, nor can you edit the default Jane in the CC. If you want the default hair you have to manually add the hair on xbox. It's not too complicated if you are familiar with Gibbed but it is time consuming as besides editting the hair style and texture being used you must also edit the LOD0Vertices. You can find instructions at ELE08's blog: http://social.bioware.com/362/blog/

I was wondering about this. Usually starts messing up for me if I have five or more. Does Horizon work perfectly fine in this regard? No need to worry about a save file threshold?Phoenix Abides wrote...

Also, posting this again in case it was missed:

There was some mention of Intel, and a Bonus Power that didn't make it into the Citadel DLC, right? Any way of digging that stuff up through Gibbed's?
Also interested in the DLC War Asset IDs mentioned above.

I know it's possible to edit the time dilation on Sniper Mod, Infiltrator Passive and Adrenaline Rush out of the game via coalesced editing. But what really bugs me is Biotic Charge. Is there a way to remove that time dilation on a charge? Because as it is now, the class is completly dead to me in SP.

Or is it just time dilation in general that you don't like?

I have not had a problem with Modio yet but luckily everything is backed up just in case.
But thank you very, very much!

Edit: Ok figured it out, yay!
Is there a list somewhere (maybe in these 70 something pages) of all the IDs for the various powers so I can add them to Shep? (I know how to remove them, just not add them.)

You can always change the Military Strength number so it shouldn't stack as you said.

I've been happily modding away at mass effect 3 using the coalesced editor since getting the game. Since downloading/installing/playing the Citadel DLC however, one of my favourite mods is no longer working, and I can't figure out why. I have set the Intel Drop in Liara's office to allow me to access all of the intel bonuses from the start of the game by doing the following [bioui > sfxgamecontent > sfxguidata > store > intel > storeitemarray] in the coalesced file and changing the [PlotUnlockConditionalID] of each bonus to equal zero. Each one reads [PlotUnlockConditionalID=0]. Up until now that has worked for all of my play throughs. Since downloading Citadel, the bonuses are no longer showing up as unlocked in Liara's office. Any thoughts as to what has happened and how to fix it?

I think you can just remove PlotUnlockConditionalID=#### from each line.

I tried removing the "PlotUnlockConditionalID" line from a few of the upgrades, but they're still not showing up in Liara's office. I also switched careers just to make sure it wasn't this save, and in my last one I had all the bonuses still, but the upgrades had disappeared from the list, which usually doesn't happen with this mod.
Is it possible that something in the Citadel DLC is causing this? It's the only significant change I've made to the game before this happened.

I had a ton of problems with Modio, reaching the save threshold earlier than I should have and getting the constant file corrupt messages. I switched to Horizon after reading that Modio caused the problems and since then I haven't had it happen. Horizon is very similar to Modio and easy to use so even though I liked Modio I'd definitely rec to use Horizon instead when it comes to ME3.

1. Add two entries in Texture Parameters:
"HED_Face_Alignment_Emis" BIOG_HMM_HED_Alignment.Emissive.Face_EmisScars_03
"HED_Face_Alignment_Norm": BIOG_HMM_HED_Alignment.Scar.Face_NormScars_03
You can set the "03" value to anything between 01-05, with 05 being the most pronounced.
2. In Vector Parameters add the following entries, make sure the alpha value (A) is set to 0:
Scar_Color
Light_Scar_Color
Emis_Color
Then change the A value in HED_Scar_Vector to 0
3. In Scalar Parameters add:
Emis_Scalar
HED_Emis_Intensity
Make the value 0 for both
He's not 100% sure which values are the ones that remove the glow, but he knows that in this combination it's gone.
Female codes for the Texture Parameter entries:
BIOG_HMF_HED_Alignment.Emissive.HMF_Face_EmisScars_03
BIOG_HMF_HED_Alignment.Scar.HMF_Face_NormScars_03
