I've been messing with editing character meshes (steep learning curve) and have gotten my first test case almost finished: Ashley. I pulled her default uniform body mesh out of ME3 and did some mesh editing. I gave her a butt reduction, a breast reduction, narrowed her hips a little bit, and made some edits to her boots (I can only describe her default as "hooves" when I saw them in Blender. Those were NOT human feet). I am hoping to get this body placed back into the game and test it out within a week or so (some bone issues to deal with). I will next pull out Ashley's face and tweak it a wee bit, pull out Allers and do a more substantial tweek, and start looking at altering the various armors and clothing as I get more skilled at this.

Heh. I'm (and this) is SMALL fry. What MrFob and associates are doing is hardcore and big-time. Actually editing the meshes is fairly easy (at least for me now that I've gotten my feet wet). The problem is with the model's bones. Exporting/importing the skeleton mesh for characters screws up their bones, and there are a LOT of them, especially in the face. Bones for lips, tongue, jaw, eyeballs, eyebrows, eyelids, hair, etc. I'm going to go off and pull Ashley's face out now, and Aller's body, and take a look-see.
