Hi, I'm new to this modding thing, so I just thought I'd ask if someone more experienced could help me.

Thanks to this blog I know how to add new casual appearances, but I haven't been able to find the codes/IDs for the ones I want the most.

So, if anyone knows or could find out the codes/IDs for James' three casual outfits (the normal one that he most often uses, his topless outfit, and his fancy outfit from the Citadel DLC party), I'd be thrilled if you could share it with me.

Oh, I see. Just curious why in that case. Won't it work at all, or will the models be there but not fit the animations?

The files containing those models are typically not loaded into memory, so if you tried to use them, the game would crash.

How can i change the galaxy map controls so i can move the Normandy with the keyboard? I was looking in the Coalesced editor and saw a command labeled "PC_galaxykeymovement" so i assume this must be possible.

I don't think you can, you can only play with those guys from ME2 on Armax Arsenal Arena in the Citadel dlc. Even if you could, they won't have any speaking lines while in combat.

I wouldnt care if they didnt have any lines (kinda like Aria in combat on Omega dlc)
If any one figures it out that wud be awesome

But it still wouldn't make any sense for them to be there with you when they talk to you via the Holograms on earth. Not to mention the Extended cutscenes having those guys there with no lines would be very out of place. Don't you think?

Not really...for me what makes no sense is having kaiden or liara at the wall scene or even priority earth when Miranda or Jack as my LI

Anyone know if there is a mod for ME3 that disables the hologram icon that appears on the side of the weapons when you have ammo powers active? I found one for ME2 but not for ME3.

I don't mind them, at least it helps me keep track of the ammo powers for the team when one of them decides to use their own weapon powers instead of the ones i assign for them.

I've been messing with editing character meshes (steep learning curve) and have gotten my first test case almost finished: Ashley.  I pulled her default uniform body mesh out of ME3 and did some mesh editing.  I gave her a butt reduction, a breast reduction, narrowed her hips a little bit, and made some edits to her boots (I can only describe her default as "hooves" when I saw them in Blender.  Those were NOT human feet :blush:).  I am hoping to get this body placed back into the game and test it out within a week or so (some bone issues to deal with).  I will next pull out Ashley's face and tweak it a wee bit, pull out Allers and do a more substantial tweek, and start looking at altering the various armors and clothing as I get more skilled at this.

Heh.  I'm (and this) is SMALL fry.  What MrFob and associates are doing is hardcore and big-time.  Actually editing the meshes is fairly easy (at least for me now that I've gotten my feet wet). The problem is with the model's bones.  Exporting/importing the skeleton mesh for characters screws up their bones, and there are a LOT of them, especially in the face.  Bones for lips, tongue, jaw, eyeballs, eyebrows, eyelids, hair, etc.  I'm going to go off and pull Ashley's face out now, and Aller's body, and take a look-see.
