Well if anyone finds out how to actually get the Prejek fish into the game by editing the file please PM me (leave a comment in my profile thing or something). Thanks in advance if anyone figures this out. 

Playing me2 again just to feed fish... yeah, I'll pass.

I think the latest editor has an option to put the fish into the game.

BTW, does anyone know a way to unlock the N7 collection edition alternate costumes?

Been posted a long time ago. In either the ME2 or the ME3 editor go to Raw> Plot> Bool Variables > Set "3817" to True and then talk to Kelly After Priority: Palaven. If you wait until after Priority: Citadel II she dies.

If you want the Prejek Paddlefish NewGame+ intel upgrades in your first playthrough go to Raw> Plot> Player Variables > Add four entries and enter:

PermanentPlayerGameEffect_Intel_PrejekPaddlefish_PowerDamage
Intel_PrejekPaddlefish_PowerDamage
PermanentPlayerGameEffect_Intel_PrejekPaddlefish_WeaponDamage
Intel_PrejekPaddlefish_WeaponDamage

Each with a value of 1

Yeah, make sure that you set the fish to "purchased" in the editor by going to Plot> Mass Effect 2> Misc> Check all the boxes.

I have officially run out of ideas at this point. Evrything I try does not seem to work.

I am at the mars archives now, and instead of the Cain I even tried to get the black storm. You know, see if it was just the cain.

I can't get anything. and when I reload the save in Gibbs, sometimes all the stuff i added to get the weapon is there, other times, its not.

So frustrating that I can get all the other weapons in the game, pistols, rifles, shotguns, but I can't get single heavy weapon.

Yup, I tried that, and when I load the game, I am still holdimg the Avenger, and I can't switch out to a Cain. Just my pistol. 

I even tried Raw>Squad>Player>Weapons>Collection and added it there. No luck either.

I even tried switching my primary weapon ID from SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_AssaultRifle_Avenger   to 
SFXGameContent.SFXWeapon_Heavy_Cain Nothing/

Hmmm. Do you have another save that you can maybe get a Heavy Weapon with normally during a mission and then see what changes in Gibbed's? There's Blackstar on Palaven and Tuchanka, multiple Spitfires on Rannoch, the Hydra on Tuchanka, or the Cain on Earth.

Hi anyone find Asari Commando outfit or Aria outfit for Shepard to use for combat/casual wear? Also I know there was a mod where blood dragon logo was remove from armor, does anyone have plans to make that again for ME3?

Check if it changes one you get access to your inventory  after the citadel.   if not that have you tried modding the coal... file with a give command?

Ok, I just opened a save with the cain from Earth in Gibbs and this is what i have found.

In Raw>Player>Weapon Loadout the cain is listed.

It is also listed as my Primary weapon

and it is also listed in Raw>player>Weapons>collections.

What is different then what I have tried is that in the weapons collections, the cain is listed as SFXWeapon_Heavy_Cain


Also, its listeing as current weapon is set to false while previous weapon is set to true.  Also, Ammo Power Name and Ammo power source tag is set to None for both.

The ammo total and the ammo use count are both set to 0.

so the screen should look like this:

Ammo Power Name: None
Ammor Power source Tage: None
Ammo total: 0
Ammo used count: 0
class name: SFXWeapon_Heavy_Cain
is current weapon: false
was last weapon: True

What I had tried to do was set my ammo total to 1 or more. Instead I should leave it at 0.

After I get dinner I will give this a try and see if it works.

It also may be that it is only available on the maps where it is present. Maybe it has to be loaded internally via the game map.

For everyone wanting squadmate/NPC armors, I have a blog post written about it, HOWEVER there is one major problem:

This method does not work for all saves.

The save I was testing with initially was at the end of the game (post-Cronos Station, pre-London); testing with earlier saves (post-prologue, post-Palaven) is still causing crashes. I'm currently trying to debug this, will update later.

Can't be. I set 3817 to true and talked to kelly in my first insanity playthrough. Also she doesn't die after the citadel scene either if you tell her to change her name, she lives. I never got the prejek fish, or the upgrade when starting a new game+ after talking to her. I also have all the fish checked from ME2 and the Prejek fish aren't in the fishtank at all, even though it is "checked".

So I don't really understand what the issue here is or what I'm doing wrong, but this isn't working correctly.

Well it didn't work, it must be a map thing.

I am still stuck with the avenger, which confuses me because i deleted all of its IDs from the save. If anyone else has any other ideas or finds something please let me know.

Just 2 copies of your Coal, file and the switch it back to the original  when you play in MP.

Is the Mineral Resources war asset (specifically the "high" version) tied to any particular bool id(s)?

I know I can edit the war assets directly to change the value, but I'd need to do that for every NG+. Whereas with a bool value I could switch it from false to true once, and then all subsequent playthroughs based on that save would get the hghest Mineral Resources without me needing to do anything.

PS: I love this thread. I've been able to unlock almost all of the DLC by reading it.

If I edit a save using the Gibbed Editor, that is safe, right? Because I am not going to edit the Coal for what I need.

m_scandetectionrange = 300 (How easily they find Normandy)


I have my value set as 0.00000001 or something really small. Basically eliminates the Reaper chase mini game and speeds up finding war assets. Made it more fun for me. Wasn't big on being chased by Reapers every time I scanned something. The systems will still get conquered though.

Jagdwarf and me have found out how to make "holstering" or rather shifting between Explorer mode and Combat mode possible. insert these into your coalesced.bin under sfxgamemodebase:

( Name="Home", Command="set SFXPawn_Player bCombatPawn true| QuickSave | QuickLoad" )
( Name="End", Command="set SFXPawn_Player bCombatPawn false | QuickSave | QuickLoad" )

The Home button specifies when to be in Combat mode.
The End button species when to be in Explorer mode.

But instead of the holstering animation, you'll get a loading screen. This is the best solution at the moment for the Explorer/Combat options.

You won't be banned for modifying your files unless they give you an unfair advantage in any multiplayer aspect of the game.

Here's a tutorial for adding new casual appearances to the armor locker. Still working on squad armor. <_<

It includes all the meshes and textures I could find, minus the ones that are there by default, and requires coal.bin editing, but nothing else. Works for all saves and both genders. Also includes the Alliance Admiral uniform and Alliance Marine armor, although both are male-only.

How can i (ex)change class Powers? In Particular i want to change the Adept Shockwave into Stasis. I tried editing it with the gibbed Editor in the Raw-Player-Powers Tab but ingame i still only have the Shockwave instead of the Stasis.
