Check out tank-Sentinel build (defense matrix bonus power + tech armor = permanent 70% damage resistance).
For weapons, I'd recommend Black Widow/Valiant + Geth Plasma Shotgun/AT-12 Raider, but any weapons will work.
It allows you to completely ignore powers and deal damage with weapons only. Should be a nice change of pace.

Oh gosh. This build is crazy
Dont even have to care about recharge time, using Throw's upgrade to instant cooldown after detonation, I am throwing biotic bombs almost like an Adept.
Best thing about this insane build is I get to run around gunning ppl with my favorite shotguns while creating biotic bombs.
Ah... once I get Lift Grenade...
