I noticed in my collectors edition that (after the cerberus attack) when i go to the c-sec outpost and eavesdrop on the two arguing c-sec officers and side with either one the citadel defense war asset upate is the same. It says that c-sec is concentrated on smaller crimes and not on security.

I always side with the angry asari calling for increased military like security and screw the small stuff, but it gives the same update as if I sided with the reluctant human officer.
