I tried to buy a Veteran pack with my multiplayer credits, and the purchase didn't go through. My credits seemed to be refunded, however. But when I restarted the game, my credits were gone.
How do I go about getting back my credits? I think this is unacceptable, seeing how real money is used as an alternative for credits.

EA support (I used the chat version) was actually pretty helpful. I think it's a common problem. They will tell you it's a one time courtesy, however.
