So I've been doing a quick Rennegade run through of the entire trilogy, and just got to Tali's ME2 Loyalty mission.... I seem to have one heck of a bug going on. The game skipped over the entire first part of the trial, I get there... they yell at me for bringing Leigon on board... and the first Quarian I talk to is like.. "the admirals needed to hear the shock in your voice Tali, otherwise they might not have let you try to retake the ship."
So yeah, somehow I skipped a huge chunk of story there, any idea what might be causing it?

Tali's Trial scene not occuring
If
you talk to Shala'rann before getting close enough to activate the
trial, the game treats it as if the trial has already taken place
(Shepard getting angry over things said in the trial, etc). After this
point you will be sent to the ship without knowing what should have
occured during the trial.
Status: Glitched. Fixable by reloading.
It's in one of the bug threads in tech support.
