Is there aywhere I can leave some of my equipment that I dont want to carry around but that I do ot want to loose or destroy ? A box were I canleave stuff? the only thing I found is a box that says stuff for the party but I cant do aything else just a small cutsceneshowing them and no interaction , is there soomething I can do ?
Is there a box in enchampment?

What you mean could be the communal chest for your recruited allies. You can donate stuff for XP there

BTW I finished wardes keep but dunno why it disappeared from my map now , is that normal?

Only thing I can suggest is to deactivate the content, load your game, save, exit, activate the content, load your game.
