Depends if you have a game save after the final assault on Cerberus, in which case you can have the Falcon and armor obtained on that mission.Manimal wrote...
But only the armor and weapons you obtained prior to the final assault on Cerberus, correct? No Falcon, etc?

Weapons can upgrade to 10. In game weapons (non-DLC packs), when you find them again will jump up three levels, you can purchase the rest of the ranks on the Normandy.

Can anyone confirm starting a NG+ with the Falcon, etc? I had the game save above the first time I tried NG+, but I ended up going back to that save to play all of the DLC. Since Citadel was the last DLC, I beat the game again last night. I may start a NG+ some time in the future, but I want all of the armor and weapons I had when I BEAT the game, not just before starting the final mission...

Yes if you import a Mass Effect 3 Character all the weapons and armor you collected before stay in your inventory
What about weapon mods?

Weapons are limited to level V for a first playthrough. You can only level them up to X on New Game Plus (NG+).Nitrocuban wrote...
Is it normal that one can not level up weapons beyond V by picking them up in the levels? At first I thought I just missed a lot of the weapons but now I'm pretty sure they just dissapear for the next New Game + after reaching V.
Note that is possible to mod your playthrough so you can play on "NG+" on your first playthrough. When you pick up a weapon, it will automatically gain 2 levels (so you start with a lvel III weapon), and you can then upgrade it to X.
Weapon mods only go up to level V.

Yes. I started an NG+ game with my infiltrator, still had the falcon and the visor you find at ceberus headquaters.

Yes, thankyou I know all that but it seems so that after reaching lvl V on the weapons with the 2nd New Game+ they are not there to pick up ingame anymore for the next New Game+
So to level them up from V to X I have to buy upgrades on the Normandy or what?

You can access your weapons as soon as you get to the first weapon bench on Mars, and your armor on the Normandy after Priority: Citadel I.
Actually you can access the weapons even earlier, when you find your first weapon - just hit Change loadout. If you're not an infiltrator or soldier, it's right at the start before you encounter the first Cerberus soldiers(Mantis).
