Other than Kaiden most of the OPs dislikes are my fav characters, particularly Mordin and Samara. But I'm usually Paragon, maaybe that effects my enjoyment of them. 

Worst character is Jacob, it's almost not an opinion.

Jacob. Not a bad guy, just not an interesting one either. And James to a lesser extent.

In ME 1, Garrus and Tali. Loved Wrex, found the rest to be ok.
In ME 2, Grunt, Tali. LOVED Miranda and Kasumi, rest = ok.
In ME 3, LOVED EVERYONE, even you Tali (she really grew on me).


Except Ashley, what a ****.

2. Miranda. Jack and I are of one mind regarding the Cerberus cheerleader.

Ashley goes from being a xenophobic, racist b**** to an untrusting nagging b****. Kaiden is boring and whiney. Vega is boring, whiny, bland and stupid.

I loved all the rest of the characters to varying degrees.

Ash. Annoyed me with every line, I was glad when I turned her into ash
Liara. In me1+2 I didn't care about her but in me3 she was obviously the writers favourite. She has no problem killing husks, brutes, marauders and cannibals but as soon as you kill a banshee she cries. I wanted to kill her
Kaiden. Boring
Jacob. Boring
Thane. Boring

Kaiden - bland and boring

I like all the squad mates with the exception of Jacob. I sort of neutrally appreciated him in ME2, but for whatever reason, they decided to go ahead and make him a bastard in 3. Still don't dislike him, though.

If you mean least liked characters, then it would be:

1. Jacob (boring)
2. Vega (boring/slightly annoying)
3. Garrus (boring)

EDI gets an honourable mention. I always liked her as a character, but I preferred her as the ship. Anthropomorphising AI to the extent that they look human detracts from the message of valuing all forms of life, regardless of how alien. And then there's the issue of how idiotically and immaturely her body was handled.

The one I can't stand depends entirely of the context. When Tali gives you a photo it's "NOOOOO!", when Liara says "Hello" after proclaiming your love it's "NOOOOOOO!", when Kaidan starts to hit on you it's "NOOOOO!" and when Miranda sticks her ass on the lens it's "NOOOOO!". Not forgetting the prizee.

I don't mind any of them in ME3. In ME2 it was Tali because she seems like a teenage stalker...and Shepard is the older guy who took advantage of a teenager.

I like them all, my least favorite would have to be Kaiden, Kaiden it was personal when I left you on Virmire.

Jacob, seriously, even Jack grew on me particularly in ME3, Jacob has no redeeming qualities what so ever. He starts off ok, then when you get on the Normandy they wrest control of your character and force you to flirt with the guy, non stop in every dialogue you have with him. Then he sticks his nose in every major decision you make while the rest of the squad is absent, and starts bad mouthing your squadmates and giving you bad advice.

Apparently for the dozen or so people who managed to stomach his cheezy 70's porn romance in ME2 he dumps Shep for someone else immediately between the time ME3 takes place, I guess its a good thing next to no one romanced him, but even if you didnt he is still boring and the writers try really hard to make him look cool in the cut scenes, but he cant look cool in the cut scenes, because hes Jacob.

Yes, the inability to have a choice on how to respond to that ticked me off to no end. I played a full paragon for my first playthrough but even I would have found just taking that **** unacceptable as my Shepard.

And knocks her up. She then proceeds to badmouth Shepard, yet somehow escapes having her arse biotically charged out a window.

...Jacob then meets Shepard on the Citadel and tells her said woman wants to name the child after her.
