Oh and btw, you can get 7000 EMS in SP, I don't understand how you can't. I've done it twice in a row now (7000 first, and 7300ish on the second one). People failing to get 5k + are just really really bad.

Exactly, with a mostly thorough playthrough I managed to get 7.2k TMS.
Being snide and saying you can get 7.3k EMS in SP alone, but not mentioning you have to play MP to get it, isn't very clever.

Can't wait how they explain it if your squad is shown dead with a pool of blood around them and ends up coming back to life unharmed.

mine arent dead...O_o
anyways, same way they handled dead sqauddies from the suicide mission in ME2, they wont be in it, because they ARE DEAD

Javik and the need for multiplayer is on the PS3 too. Did you not know that?ahandsomeshark wrote...
Yeah if I had bought this game for my 360 instead of my PS3 I would have returned it written several angry raging letters. Not just because of this possible DLC, but because of Javik and the need for multiplayer.

If you have a low EMS, your squadmates die on the final run to the troll beam, but still show up in the Normandy in the final cut scene. Its madness.

@Tiax - if that's the case, why are the squad mates shown dead on the ground with blood coming out of them and then moments later walk out of the Normandy unharmed? Gonna love hearing this one.

I thought if your squadmates died no one walks out of the Normandy at the end. At least in two playthroughs I watched it happened that way.
Anyway this whole thing really gets on my nerves though. They do admit that at least some parts of their ending don't make sense but they are still trying to tease people about it. I just find it disgusting.
It has to make sense within the main game, I shouldn't wait and quite possibly pay for additional content just to have an ending that makes any kind of sense.

It is because the ending isn't the real ending,,, they keep hinting at that fact but people keep ignoring it.
Or they find the idea that they bought a game at full price without an ending so revolting that they choose to discount it as a possibility.
That's always an option.

I was under the impression it was hinted at because they had originally planned some sort of Indoctrinated fight against TIM (or something like that). Unfortunatly, in the Final Hour app that goes behind the scenes of the making of ME3, they cut that idea, but all the hints are still there.
So until Bioware officially comes out and says "The Indictrination Theory is real and there will be a dlc that deals with the real ending," I'm not taking the theory as fact.

Ughhhhhh. So they're not retconning it out of existance? My hopes for whatever they are planning are pretty low at this point. Unless it was a dream/hallucination, anything that keeps the god child and normandy crash is just bad.

This. People need to understand the ending feels like a film with scenes missing all over the place. Without context, it makes no sense.

I don't know if people are doing something majorily wrong, but I haven't touched the MP at all. I just imported my ME1/ME2 character and played full-paragon and scanned every planet 100% + did all the quests there possibly was for me.

Nobody will really believe you unless you show a screenshot.
Unless you're massively confusing TMS with EMS. There is no possible way for anyone to get >10k TMS.

Usually I would prattle off some tangent about the legalities of divulging information ahead of schedule and boring crap like that that people justifiably breeze right over because it's boring (it is).
But the fact that you wrote that in caps holds all the explanation you need. You really want to know now don't you? I mean, yeah. You wanted to know already, but now? With these cryptic carrots dangling in front of our faces. It aches, doesn't it? That's not why they can't give us a straight forward answer. It's why they won't.

There already IS an indoctrination fight with TIM at the end, or rather, it's still there, it wasn't cut. But it actually happens, it ain't just hallucination like Indoctrination Theorists say. When you see the black veins on the screen it's TIM indoctrinating you and Anderson. Watch this again: www.youtube.com/watch the dark indoctrination veins and whispers appear when TIM arrives. People forgot about the procedure he went under after all the discoveries about controlling husks/reapers and studying Reapers at Sanctuary & Cerberus HQ? He implanted himself with tech that imitates/transfers Reaper abilites. That's what he's demonstrating to Shep when he says "look at the power blah blah", he's showcasing Reaper abilities himself. Perhaps Reapers themselves are also involved in this scene, trying to further indoctrinate TIM and maybe Shep and Anderson as well. But the point is, it's TIM and his post-procedure implants that made it possibe. As sson as TIM is killed, the whispers and the dark veins disappear and we don't see them anymore. That's the end of indoctrination fight. The cut gameplay mechanic alomost surely was suppoused to be in the TIM scene, but since they couldn't make it work well, they just had a cutscene with TIM forcing Shep to shot Anderson. But the point is, the indoctrination battle concept is an actual part of the ending, but it ain't the entire ending and ain't an illusion/hallucinatio like some people suggest.Babyberry wrote...
