Hahaha, what a mess.

These poor sods can't win.

And neither can we.

Holding strong for just about one more week. Been a long month, hasn't it?

Very, very long.

You mean they are adding stuff they removed or thought we didn't need?

and probably going to charge us for it?

EXCITING :o

I'll be happier with news of a different ending, rather than clarifying

Thats the least cryptic they've ever been about it though. Straight up saying that there will be an explanation for it instead of "we are listening to your feedback".

From what they've said on twitter during the last couple of days we can assume that the indoctrination theory is true.

you know, i like that they are going to explain things. But right now, with the PR Statements about ME3 being "the best game ever played", statements like this just reinforce the impression of us buying an incomplete game, and if we want to play this "best game evah", we have to buy the DLC.

I realize that it's not really fair to read that much into a simple sentence made over twitter, but this silence from Bioware and the attitude displayed (oh you need clarification, sure, we can explain things) are really starting to grate on my nerves

Yeah pretty much my same feeling.  They are suggesting it will eventually make sense.

We can hope.

I wonder if Coats has anything to do.

Speculation: Play as Major Coats and get with your two squadmates from the beam to Normandy and use the Normandy to get somewhere which is the reason it was running away???

Somehow that angers me even more.

Same.

Feels like they deliberately leaving out explanations to "make the ending memorable".

Just wrong.

If they pull an "it was all a dream" I am done with Bioware games. Not even Bioware can get away with a plot point that poor.

lol yeah, I hate that too and it's exactly what the entire indotrination theory boils down to

The absolutely terrible twist of "it was all a dream" is actually viewed as better than what we got by a lot of people.

That should give some idea of the scale of how much people dislike the ending.

Introducing teleportation technology lore in the last 5 mins, yay! Actually, I'm looking forward to at what they're going to do to give it more sense.

Translation:

We're panicking trying to come up with a BS explanation as to why TRANSPORTERS suddenly show up in the universe. Until then: Move along, people, nothing to see here.

Considering all the things the masseffect twitter has said in the past two weeks alone that have been conflicting and contradictory and that have had to be retracted (deleted), I'm at the point where I'm just ready for results.

In short, I'll believe what the masseffect twitter says when I have something tangible in front of me that backs them up.

But Cortez can be dead. Which makes everything even more complicated. It can't be him rescuing the squadmates, yet at the same time whoever rescues the squadmates must also rescue Cortez (since he also teleported to Normandy in my ending) and Cortez is in a different part of London... sigh this is such a mess

so they finally acknowledged that the squadmates being on the Normandy after crucible makes NO SENSE - That is a huge victory in and of itself!!!

Evasive Twitter replies... whilst it could be an acknowledgement of the scene making no sense as it is, I'd bet that it's just a thinly disguised "No comment" (the "doesn't make sense" thrown in to trick people into thinking that it's a reply, rather than just "No comment")
