First you b**** about the ending as it stands....now you're gonna b**** if they come out saying it was all planned? Wow....honestly, yeah I'm ready to finish the fight, but at the same time I wasn't ready for it to be over just yet
And all the whole dream/indoctrination....if they planned it, its genius plain and simple, regardless if they didn't expect the backlash....I credit them for having some balls....
You kids that stay complaining either way, are the entitled ones....seems like you only post for attention....
You're only complaining because Bioware may have fooled you and.you're little egos can't take a little twist....f***ing babies

Evasive Twitter replies... whilst it could be an acknowledgement of the scene making no sense as it is, I'd bet that it's just a thinly disguised "No comment" (the "doesn't make sense" thrown in to trick people into thinking that it's a reply, rather than just "No comment")
Is that really surprising though? I seriously doubt they've decided how to handle the ending complaints yet and they probably wouldn't be able to say anything about it even if they had.

This needs to be documented as the first time that they've acknowledged that the ending in the released game did, in fact, make no sense.
We are witnessing history being made!

If they pull an "it was all a dream" I am done with Bioware games. Not even Bioware can get away with a plot point that poor.
"It was all a dream" only really sucks if that's ALL you get.
The Indoctrination Theory in its current form minus Bioware's future content sucks. But it sucks less than the idea that Shepard blindly sacrifices himself on the word of a hologram that he just met.
"It was all a dream" isn't that bad if we get additional content after he wakes up and continues on to a real ending. Then it's basically just an extended dream sequence; used all the time and not as jarring of offensive to the viewer because the real story still concludes.

Mmh. Thanks for the name calling.
That being said, I have no qualms admitting that I would honestly be pissed if Bioware had released their game with an incomplete ending.
I assume that's why most of us are "whining".

Looks like everything sounds promising and fun with a nice, juicy "...YET. :)" at the end.

What? We were the ones who CAME UP with the idea that Bioware may have fooled us. We are ACTIVELY giving them the tools, evidence, youtube videos, etc. to enable said fooling.
So what in the world are you talking about?

I'd definitely be pissed at Bioware considering I took time off of work and paid $80 to play what I expected to be a complete game. Less pissed at Mass Effect though, because then I have an incentive to replay the game again.

I'm not whining about it though, just I insist on remaining utterly neutral - neither pessimistic or optimistic - until I see the DLC for myself.
In other words: "show me the money!"

Then there'd better be a really good explanation for why the squadmates abandoned the mission and ran away to begin with. Being told to retreat when standing right by the beam does not, to me, sound like a good anything.
And for me they have to explain why they're all smiling/happy entering this new planet just if they were entering heaven or have won the battle.

If they planned the indoc/hallu plot, that's genius. However I'd like to see "proof" that they planned it at first place. However, indoc theory still works fine for me...

After Harbinger believed he vaporized Shepard, he realized he was bored with using death lasers. So he decided to switch to the new and experimental teleportation laser and teleport your squadmates into the cold vacuum of space over Earth. But because it's Harbinger, that point in the cold vacuum of space they teleported to just happened to be occupied by the Normandy at the time (WHAT ARE THE ODDS!!??) and so they were safely dropped onto the command deck.
As for the rest of your squad mates? After Shepard's rousing speech the ones left behind realized that poker table hadn't been used since they got it, so called Joker in for a pickup because even when the world is ending around you, some things just can't be ignored.

To me, it reads as this: when we clarify the endings, we'll include 5 seconds of footage of Garrus/Liara running back to the ship. Clarity!
