Finally finished my Mass Effect 1 & 2 playthroughs yesterday, (Paragon & Renegade) and I started playing Mass Effect 3.... all I can say is BioWare, you've done it again A+ game as usual!! (and yes, I loved Dragon Age II aswell!!)

I've only just left earth, and I'm hooked (just like I was in 1&2!!) When Shepard leaves earth in the Normandy, and the shuttles land to take away civilians, and the Reaper walks over, the music sends a shiver down my spin!! Now, how many games do that??? Not many....

I love all the Mass Effect games, I've had 1 since release, same as 2, and I can say they are the only two games I've kept..... I've played loads of games over the years, (since the 80's) and I can honestly say no other series of games has had me so roped into the story than the Mass Effect games have. The setting, the characters, and of course Shepard. A main character players can connect with...brilliant IMO

I know I've still got loads to do in 3, but like I said, within the first 10 minutes, I knew 3 was/is going to be an excellent game, that gets me hooked, just like 1 & 2!!

So, thanks again BioWare for delivering another excellent game.

I enjoyed ME3 and I gave it for most effect a 9/10 score the ending I give 1/2/10 score, for new players who have no real knowledge of the lore behind mass effect the ending is pure awsomeness but on that note an avid player who's sank many hours of gameplay in the series, cared about the crew as if they were close friends and family absolutly hate the ending of mass effect 3. An those saying that those hating the ending is a minority, your looking at 85% against the ending as it currently stands and 15% who like the ending and don't want it changed.
But to each his own all I have to say to the Op is enjoy the adventure of the trip through ME3 and make your own conclusions.

An I also loved DA:2 and can't wait for DA:3!

Well I liked that movie as well. It's not a perfect movie but then again what is... Overall I was positively surprised.

I'm not.... if you read the first post, I said this

"Finally finished my ME2 Renegade
game last night, (well, suicide mission done, still have to do
Overlord, LOTSB, and Arrival) so I decided to try Mass Effect 3....
Loaded the game, selected to import my Character, and lo and behold, no
error message, no inconsistencies with the choices I made, and in-game

To explain in detail.... I didn't get Mass Effect 3 until 4 days after UK release, so I came on here to see what people where saying about it. I saw the huge thread about face imports, so after I'd done the Suicide Mission in 2, (which then let me use the import feature of 3) I loaded up 3 just to see if my Shep would import properly....which it did. Then, I deleted my save so I could import once I'd done Overlord, LOTSB and Arrival....which I did.... after that I played through Mass Effect 2 again as my Paragon Shep....which I finished the night before last....

Next thread I made was this :

"When I put my copy of ME3 in my 360 the other day, I got a title update....does anyone know what said update did?? "

Again, this was after I tried the face import..... so no, I'm not "trolling" at all.... to be perfectly honest, I've got much more important things to occupy my time....

I've played through Mass Effect 1 and Mass Effect 2 more times than I can remember!! I loved the whole adventure.

If I find the ending of 3 to be like most have said in this topic, then I'll take it on the chin, move on and I won't be posting in every possible thread that its sh** and everyone should avoid all BioWare/EA games until the end of time, like some are suggesting.....


Oh, I can't wait for DA3 either

I've never made a purchase, or liked/not liked anything based on someone else's opinion..

a lot may hate the end, I'll make up my own mind....plus, this topic was not to discuss the end, it was to say that despite what the majority on here are saying, I actually like Mass Effect 3....is that such a crime that I'm enjoying something that was designed for enjoyment purposes??

Your gonna love it, the game just has an epic feel to it. Just watch out for Spoilers they're all over these no spoiler forum !

Well I liked that movie as well. It's not a perfect movie but then again what is... Overall I was positively surprised.

I was very impressed with how they pulled it off and now I can't wait till the next one comes out next year.  I like Abrams' style, take time to make a great movie instead of rushing one out every 2 years and making an okay one.
