Right.
After apparently doing some strange magic involving the blood of a Unicorn, I've been able to kind of get a profile here. Don't ask, it hasn't been pretty.
Let me say this: this is crap, Bioware/EA. You've dropped the ball, big time.
I have the account Berym. It was migrated over from the old Bioware account, no problems. I activated my codes, went to play the game and found out that I needed an EA account.
No problem, I went to EA and signed up and then when I get back here, the fact that my EA account and my current account on here share the same email has caused some horrible breaking in your systems.
So.
What I want is for my EA account and my Bioware account to just link already so I can get my redeemed codes and play the bloody game.
Frankly this is frustrating enough that I'll just return the game - paying effectively $120USD because of the rip off you charge Australians for games is enough of an insult without this balls up.
Just fix it. You - for now - already have my money.

Berym_temp: your "Berym" account looks 100% usable. You have somehow managed to get 2 accounts with the same email address here - something that our login clearly isn't able to deal with.
But since we are currently spending all of our development cycles trying to get a DA patch page online, keep the databases from falling over under the extreme server load, and fixing problems with *signup* that prevent users from getting in at all, fixing that bug is low priority.
Try logging in using your preferred display name and the associated password Note that it may be a different password, since you have 2 EA accounts!
You can always use the "contact us" form on help.dragonage.com, at which point they would probably have sorted you out days ago with a simple password reset.
