Sigh-- more people defending this stupid system. Berym, how did you get your DLC working? What channels did you go through? Where's this mystical chat? I could care less about my account really, i just want Shale!
Frustrations with this blasted process

You know what they say about early adopters.
When we have a choice, yes.
In this case it was either use this site or not get your money's worth.
Had I known in advance, I might have not ordered the CE and been better off, stress wise.
I'm really talking more about the Beta Social Network in general. That's where all the problems lie.
The game that was released works great for almost everyone. Everything that game on the DVDs worked. The DLC and profile updating and stuff is not working, sure, but even the CE buyers got what they would almost always get from a CE - just now we've got new things (profiles, a social network, DLC) that are NEW to CE of Bioware games.
New as in they've never done it before, so it's a new process.
The game you bought works great, I'm sure. I am sorry you are having registration problems and problems getting your DLC.

At the bottom of the screen, have a look at the "DA Customer Support" link under "Help". Click there, go to the "Email Us" link, fill in the fields you need ( I select "Registration") and select "Chat with an agent" or somesuch (it will only come up, I notice, during US business hours).
They eventually got the CE items and such fixed for me.

The issue is that this site and this process was why it took so long to get my DLC and CE extras.
They made us use a site in beta for parts of the game we purchased.

I pretty much have the same problem. I registered my premium content but the game can't find it. How should I know which accounts I am supposed to have on the EA and Bioware site? After all those two companies merged and it's not my problem to figure out the problems that occur because of multiple logins ... I am just pissed off

Same problem. Tried writing over a day ago, but got no answer.
My Steam account says somewhere that it should all be installed but it is not there.
And the DLC menu in game says I have no bonus content, and that none is available...
Not even the ring you get if you used the character creator, which should show up there?
:-(

I'm having the same difficulties. However, I have already changed the email on both my Bioware and EA accounts so that they match, linked the accounts, and loe and behold, my downloadable content is still not working.
This is quite pahetic to say the least; I paid $65 for the game + bonus content, and nothing seems to work. Despite the fact that I followed the solution--a soultion given by numerous people i.e., linking of the accounts--and STILL nothing seems to work.
It's also been almost three days since I asked EA what the problem was, and I have yet to receive a reply.

For what it's worth, I've been corresponding with EA about site problems since launch. I generated several emails and help requests in the first week, im'd with an agent on November 10 when I received no reply to any of those requests, waited nearly an hour for the agent to say that he had to refer me to a more senior technician, and have since been conducting an email correspondence with a pleasant fellow from EA tech support in weekly intervals. I'm not able to link my bioware and BSN accounts, and have not even ventured to attempt my DLC until that much gets sorted. More than a month to get logon problems sorted seems a bit much, honestly. I understand why EA would want this sort of download process, as it limits resale value and helps, perhaps to minimize piracy, but it has also been a source of interminable frustration. I expected much better, and while I realize that Bioware, an organization for which I have a lot of time, is not in charge of tech help, this mess has altered my opinion of them as well -- if only because they are unable to render assistance. If this doesn't get sorted soon, I'll simply put the game aside unplayed and remind myself of the grief I had with it when next I'm inclined to make a Bioware/EA purchase. Not, one imagines, the desired effect, and a sorry end.

Finally I've been able to get my dlc, some of it at least. Took almost an hour. I'm not fond of this method...
