You could always assign a couple of stat points to dex if you need a little bit of an attack boost. Or throw some buffs on. Or just load a couple of peices of loot on the boost it.
If you're going spirit/AW, you probably want to make sure you have a decent amount of willpower (i think low to mid 30s at higher levels is what you should shoot for.)
Just keep in mind that with all of your sustanables running and combat magic on... you're probably not going to have much mana to spare or more than a couple of spells, and your fatigue will probably be at obscenely high levels, as a Spirit/AW your main healing is going to come from cleansing aura, so get that asap.

thanks Bhatair i know ill have very low mana due to spells but i'm going to stock up on potions so like 30 willpower ok. I was just thinking this build is quite challenging as ill will need magic will bit of dex and con. So I can very easily mess it up. If anyone else cares to share so information it be appreciated

Dont forget that combat magic boosts your attack based on your magic stat as well. So as you get higher and pump more points into it you'll see an improvement. (for all intents and purposes magic is your strength stat.)
You wont need to dedicate more than a few points into either con or dex. the fade stat boosts give you a pretty nice headstart as is XD.
especially as a Spirit healer since you'll have cleansing aura ticking away on you while just keep on trucking.
