I pre-ordered the Deluxe digital download edition of ME3. When I downloaded the game I activated and installed all of my content. N7 weapons included. Now, I have imported a new ME2 character and none of my collector goodies are available. I am in the Navy and out at sea, internet is not an option for PCs.  How is that I can load my first save file and all my goodies be available but I make a new character and can't get any of them? Is there a service that isn't starting up? Even in offline mode Origins acknowledges my DLC as being installed. Please help!!!
