Oh I'm so bloody sorry for not minding the ending. I never defended it, I'm not either side as I just don't mind it, I don't think it's terrible but I don't think it's great either.

Could they have come up with a better ending? Yes. Could they have come up with a worse ending? Yes.

I saw my character finish a journey, my character's journey and the way that they ended the journey is something that I am content with, I can accept how it ended and what it meant for the rest of the ME Universe when it ended.

Don't let them bait you into getting upset over. All that matters is that you are happy with what you paid for which is the case for many if not all of us who liked or was happy enough with the endings. To us does not matter if majority or minority, other peoples problems with it or how angry or miserable they are towards it. We paid for a product, we enjoyed that product thats all that matters.

That is true. But since you can't provide an argument as to why you enjoyed the ending, your opinion will not be taken serious from me.

Again.. I told you why I liked it by pointing you to a 13 page thread with constant input from myself. You simply do not accept my opinion and reasons. I do not care if by you not accepting my reasons makes you feel you do not wish to take me seriously but your response dimissing all 13 pages of content as to why I liked it makes me not take you seriously. Works both ways if wish to play that game.

I fail to see your reasons to like the ending in any of your posts over there. Its pretty much "I thought it was good" and "I liked it alot". Those are not reasons, its just you saying that you liked it over and over again without actually providing an argument as to why.

No, you have to explain why you like the fries and why you like the cheese and then why you like the combination, don't you know this?! :P

"I've had enough of tabloid exaggerations!" *punches nerd* nah, just kidding, but come on, stop being such a douche, everyone makes mistakes, we're humans after all! If they change it, great, wouldn't mind it, so the complaints would go away and they could be renown as a reliable gaming company but if they don't, Bioware would be greatly sabotaged.

The guy has no ground to stand on, his stance is pretty much so why did you sleep with that girl? Gets told "because she is attractive and I could".... His reply is "thats not a reason!". This is pretty much the stance of many who do not like the ending. There are exceptions and more reasonable people I have talked with but a lot of them on that side of the fence fall into this catagory.

see thats the thing thats Not what hes saying ... If i ask you why did you like that and your answer is because i like it thats not answering the question that is stating all the information in the question itself.

You dont need to give a reason why thats your own buisness but if you cant give a valid reason like " i enjoyed the Graphics" " i enjoyed the dialogue" your not contributing to the debate if anything your just dilluting it and inviting people to come at you with aggression =/ fact is u dont need a AMAZING reason but if you have one why not share it? i hate the ending because its very poorley scripted theres alot of plotholes and ultimatley it made my choices redundant with no conclusion.

And what I'm saying is, why the hell do I need to justify why I like cheese fries - or why I like ANYTHING - to you or anyone else. I like it because I like it. It's subjective. If you don't like cheese fries, that's fine. I'm not going to demand answers on WHY you don't like them, so why can't I be shown the same courtesy?

It is exactly what hes done and is saying, I have 13 pages of very detailed conversations about this topic of which he dismisses out of hand because he does not agree with the answers. He will only be satisfied if likes the answer or if when asks about why slept with the girl you reply with a long biology lesson about how the body works with diagrams and dolls and also dicuss the birds and the bees too.

Oh I have plenty of solid ground to stand on, you however continue to avoid the fact that you cannot present an argument as to why the endings are good. "I liked it" is something that you can not use as an argument. PM me if you do not want to post spoilers regarding an argument about the ending, or just stop replying with useless crap.

then you cant exactly get angry when someone asks? People are allowed to ask questions and if you dont want to answer fair enough your thoughts are your own ... just dont get mad that people want to know its what humans do we like to Know things our entire existence has been defined by wanting to understand the world.

Granted some people are babbling idiots :) i could be one for all i know

then ignore him ill be honest im not gonna go and read a 13 page thingy for the sake of this im rather lazy but from what ive seen no ones just given a short sentance(in this topic) of why which personally would sate my unholy lust for randomness :P

Your reply is mere hyperbole. Thirteen pages of exosition vs your three word implication.

Sorry but you have by your stance invalidated any reason for me to continue discussion with you specifically.

I liked the endings. To me, the ME series evolved from a video game about space aliens into a video game about relationships. The moments leading up to the controversy with your squadmates, comrades, and lover were as emotional as any in the entire series. Given the self-sacrifice after the moment of controversy, I could hardly imagine a better farewell.

I'm one of the few people who really enjoyed the concept behind the ending.. sure i do agree to some of the plotholes(i assume the ones people point at are squad-mate teleport and joker abandoning earth?) though i'd call those more as unexplained than plothole which will hopefully be explained in the upcoming DLC .as for choices i just love that there is a strong concept behind the three endings i would have much preferred it to 16 stupid endings and light-hearted and happy ending ones. i also find it funny that people are mad at lies in PR fairly every game does it and it's not surprising at all. if anyone wants to know more as to why or why or explain my reasons sure i can do that and if you like to bash or be harsh or whatever in response i don't care god knows i have done my fair share of those so it's only fair i get some back in return

Oh sorry when did I dismiss anything that you have posted over there? I just said that your post there doesn't realy connect as to why the ending is so bad. 90% of the stuff you posted there is that you liked how it was visualy presented, and I do agree. The scene with Anderson and TIM is pretty awesome, despite having more than 5 plot holes in that scene alone. The song when you chose your choice (An End Once and For All) is probably the most beautiful track in all 3 games, but those things are not relevant to the argument about all the plot and story inconsistency. Your opinion is your own and no one can take it away from you, but I am free to disagree with it if you do not provide an actual argument.

Your dismissing it with nothing more than three word stance and few bullet point mentions when it very much appears you never read all of the elements underneath the bullet points or the fact you ignore that many people came in and talked, discussed and debated with me through the thread itself on the very things your talking about and I replied to them with answers for most cases during the thirteen pages. Sorry but your coming at me saying I did not provide enough information for you to be satisfied yet in return you turn around and make false implications where you read a cover of a book and not the content of it.

That's not even CLOSE to true.

The OP wants to be snide and insulting if you liked it, not accepting of your opinions that differ from theirs.
