Dunno i guess i expected the story to just fork into different endings according to your choices and not just pick an end.
ME2 did that well with all the variations of who might survive or not and then an end choice.
Wich made me curious as how far you could go!
And it didnt bother me that much that those had semi open endings, because i knew there was more to comme.

I of course realise the ending will be the same which of course is ridiculous.

I now find the ending funny given all the memes that it has created and how craptastic it is in general.

I've tried, but I just can't do it.
This might be the only ME game that I don't get all the achievements for.
I just pound the x button to skip all the dialog so I don't think about the ending while I go for achievements on Insanity. It's not how the game was meant to be played, but whatever. That said, there is one multiplayer-only achievement on xbox. I refuse to do those.

But then I just think: hey, why do I care about them, they will all die.
Whatever I'll do, whatever decisions I choose... all dead. Makes no sense at all.
It's difficult...

I played through ME3 once, then tried playing without an import - wow, that was a disappointment. I couldn't believe there was no Jack, no Grunt, no Wrex, no Thane, etc., etc. To me, it wasn't worth playing without an import (although I really liked Urdnot Dagg, in what would have been Grunt's mission).

I am still trying to play again. Somehow it is fun because there are some things I just didn't discover the first time, like saving Kelly from getting killed by Cerberus or just listening to the people telling their stories when you walk by. I really rushed the first time.
You can save Kelly? Will she throw herself in your arms in graditude?

I've found 45 main glitches\\bugs so far and I've just finished the Geth dreadnought mission. The game has lots of bugs which has to be fixed.
It is a great game despite it's few flaws, but it feels incomplete... and that ending... mand that's disasterous, disappointing, lazy and rushed... plain bad, and this was an understatement.
Now this game is a 6\\10 to me... if the ending is fixed, it will be 8,5\\10. If the bugs are fixed and they add some more, interesting (not solely MP related) material to it, it will be a 10\\10.

I played 1.1 times.
I used the default/stock ME3 Shepard and completed the game in what I thought was the poor ending. I created a new character with the Game+ stuff, but then discovered that there is pretty much just one ending in three different colors for the explosion and magic beam.
I went back and am playing new Shepards from ME1 through ME2, waiting for an update on EA's plans before attempting ME3 again.
ME3 is the only one of the 3 that I've played through only once using the default/stock Shepard. I played the other two several times (ME1 more than ME2) using the default Shepard before going into New Game+ and ME1 imports. ME3 is also the only one of the series that I played only once before going to another game.
It is sad that the end had such an impact to overshadow the rest of ME3, which was good, but that ending is stopping me from trying to experience the rest of the game again.
