It happened to me so many times. When I purchased a kit, it begins to load for a long time and then said purchase failed, then my credits are gone but no item purchased. Anyone knows how to fix this?

You're suppose to contact customer support. They should fix it or at least refund your credits.

Happens all the time. Happened 4 times to me and CS always says there is nothing they can do. On the bright side, sometimes you actually do get items so check your weapons and make sure they haven't been upgraded. Also, check your characters and make sure you didn't get an upgrade to them in appearances. The 4 times I mentioned is when stuff was not actually dumped in my inventory without knowing.
I never purchase anything unless I have exited the program and restart. It happens less now.
