I have made custom maps and areas and got the module to load as other campaigns. But and it is a big BUT (no comments about posterior's please) I cant get the world map to open via area transistion, I have written a custom module core script and the char gen part works fine, and my char drops at the waypoint start area fine. But when I go to leave the area the world map dosnt trigger ??? Any help would be appreciated!
And yes I have a trans door! pointing to world map and my area is enabled for world map too. It works fine in single player but not my custom campaign.

Read this World Map Reference yet? It seems you'll need to call SetWorldMapPrimary and OpenWorldMap. And maybe SetWorldMapPlayerLocation too.

Thank you for the link. I see what you mean, but for the life of me making the world map gui appear is beyond me script wise. It frustrates me as I can do small easy scripts and this should be just that. Thanks again.
