First of all there was the sound problem in 5.1 systems where the dialogue was really low and it seems like the game is locked to 30fps. It feels very sluggish and it's unplayable. I have a quad core i7 2600k @4.5Ghz with two GTX560Ti's and 8gigs of ram. Before the patch the game was running beautifuly now it's unplayable. Note that I haven't touched anything in the .ini files or downloaded any mods. Please help me out here I restarted my PC, repaired my install and checked for new updates but still nothing.
After the latest patch everything became worse

This has been brought up numerous times, it's some sort of Origin glitch, unless this link updates, there has been no official patch. (and before you ask, 1.01 was released on Release Day)
