As I mentioned, at this point Hudsons ego is bigger than Goizuetta's which is totally out of line with their relative accomplishments. I'd rate Coke's late CEO as one of the best American Businessmen of the late 20th century. RG was smart enough to learn from the New Coke situation. He redefined Coca Cola for the next two decades using what he learned from New Coke. Coca Cola became the quintessential American brand steeped in idealized nostalgic or contemporary American life.

For people who hated the ME endings themes and not just the fact they were released half finished and a jumble of confusion it is too late to redeem the product. Bioware never intended to redeem the product for this group. What is important now is to see of bioware learned anything from this damn situation and how this is reflected in their future products.

I'm not hopeful, as Hudson is no Goizuetta. He strikes me as a vain man who even makes a point to tilt his head to show what he thinks is his good side in almost every photo shot of him on the Internet. Also the fact that Bioware is founded by doctors is not a positive. Doctors are among the worst professions when it comes to transparency, and having their errors called out by laypersons. Their attitude is probably the greatest contributor to the rise of the legal profession.

So time will tell. Though I probably won't be paying for future games, I'll be watching.

Quoted for truth.
