Dear Harbinger,

There is this synthetic being who used to give me quite a bit of attention. At first I didn't respond very positively to his entreaties as he comes across as something of a control freak. His attention bordered on harassment at times and I may have said some things that were, in retrospect, rather unkind. However, after recently being abandoned by the very people I thought were my most loyal friends, I've come to realize that my rather pushy synthetic is actually the only one who has really cared about me all this time. He probably thinks I've been playing hard to get at best, and anti-synthetic at worst. But really, I've only just come to the realization that there has always been more between us. Is it too late?
