In cutscenes it frequently happens that the eyelids on my character, and only him, become transparent. I don't know if its just the set of eyes I picked, my game, or what, but I can't get rid of it.

I've seen a topic before about this but no one confirmed what the reason might be. Anyone know what causes it/how to avoid it?

It seems to be caused by wearing certain helmets and by having your options set to remove Shepard's helmet in conversations. I have had this happen while using the Recon Hood, and I saw someone in another thread say it happened with the Death Mask. Try switching to another helmet and see if that works.

Yea I had this happen also. It seems to be something about having your settings to take helmets off in conversations; and it only happens with helmets that cover the characters eyes....

So the only "fix" is to either not use those helmets, or to leave them on during conversations.  Is there any expectation of this getting patched?

It happened to me yesterday, but reloading fixed it...

Yeah, the eyes are really derpy in ME3. The eye tracking is all effed. I have seen my Shepard get lazy eyes and roll up so his pupils are gone. It is actually really creepy.
