This fourth ending is probably what we'll get with ending dlc. Oh and a few crappy epilogues:
Tali made her home on Rannoch.
Kaidain died on his second Spectre mission.
Liara ended up just like her mom.
Miranda had a sex change operation.

No cinematic for it... and, with the vastness of the internet, SOMEONE would have found it by now.
plus... if he saw his friend do it, wouldn't he want to do it too? So he could have the good ending, and then be able to tell everyone how to do it... crikey - he could post it here, and become an instant Legend in the gaming community.

Follow this link .. Ive highlighted the colored endings and the secret endings.. But there arent any where he just simply stands up and walks towards the Normandy... That other guy was talking BS!

My half brother mothers cousins friend told me that he had heard from his uncles sisters niece who knows someone who used to work at Bioware that there actually is a secret magenta ending that introduces a second god-child. And this second god-child is the twin brother of the first god-child. And these two morons have been involved in an personal conflict that spans over millions of years. So anyway, in this secret ending the second god-child simply sneaks up and backstabs the first god-child  while he speaks with Shepard and then proceeds to snap his fingers and undo everything that happens in the last minutes of the game.
Shepard then wakes up after he got hit by the reaper beam and  proceeds to the top of the Citadel with his friends. He and Garrus then use the first god-child as target practice. After they run out of thermal clips they then travel to Omega accompanied with the second god-child and drink themself unconscious. All this while trying to get in to Aria's pants and quoting the best of Blasto.

Commander Shephard himself (he goes to the same karate club as I do, I allways kick his ass) told me there's an ending where Garrus accidentally eats a can of spinach, then goes and breaks Harbinger in two with his bare hands. He then tries to eat Ice Cream, but that results in his head exploding.As a tribute to Top Gear, he shouts "Koenigsegg" afterwards.

I've got the ending, when you get to the citadel you have to talk to the third console you come across. Then later on, on Tuchanka you have to hit the Reaper in the headlights with a pistol.
Then when Cerberus attacks the Citadel you have to shoot the running civilian in the head, again with a pistol.
Finally you have to have an EMS of over 9000 and choose destroy.
That's how you get the fourth ending.
