Ah, the great Liberal Lie.  There is no "fotune."  Your success or failure in life is solely your own responsibility.  If you're lazy and  make poor choices you will be poor and have a miserable life.  If you work hard and make good choices you will "can" have a good life.  There are lots of examples of people born into terribly poor families where they worked hard and studied hard and became a success.  It wasn't "fortune."  It was hard work.  The only people that talk about "fortune" are Liberals that want you to think that only the government can take care of you, or lazy losers that don't want to take responsibility for their own failures.

And I worked 40 hours a week while taking 12 to 15 hours of classes a semester Fall, Spring, and Summer for 4 years (changed majors completely mid way through) to get through college, and I still had internet access.

So going to college is infact poor choices? wow im takign life lessons from you, a guy on the internet, for now on haha.

Refusing to hook up to the interwebz is either a matter of personal choice or physical/monetary limitations. In the first case, it's your problem, in the second case, sorry to sound rude but tough luck.

Nowadays, not being able to get DLC because you don't have internet is like not being able to get to your job because you don't have a car. Doesn't really matter why, or whose fault it is, just that you don't.

However, it is entirely reasonable to suppose that BioWare will include this DLC on their first paid DLC disc.

Also, people concerned about paying for XBOX Live can be reassured that (I believe, PC player here) a silver (free) Live account is perfectly capable of downloading DLC. The gold account is really only for matchmaking.

aw yes because we all rich right? no economic problems where people are trying hard to get jobs? (stewie griffin) ya i thought so. BTW its the 21st century.

I've seen people on welfare with cable.  I also remember when all my family had was dial-up (this was post 2000 btw) as a kid and I spent days downloading hundreds of megabytes of whatever.

It's doable.

ya but the whole welfare thing is easy to take advantage of and misuse. not to go into a flamming debate but alto of people on welfare do it for lazy reasons. thats all im going to state on that, don't want a war to start offtopic but some people plan to live off of welfare.

I live in an area where the only high speed internet currently avaliable is really expensive satillite. I'm actually using Dial-Up to type this. That said, I take my 360 to a friends house to get DLC if I want it. Or any event Pokemon for that series. It's sort of funny, about half a mile you can get cable but since the population density isn't high enough for the state to force them to, the cable companies won't run any out this way.

Again clearly you haven't read. i am asking this for friends that don't have online. you will understand the money alot better when you go to college where alot of people aren't as fortunate. over 2 million gamers are offline players and all i said was you answer are pretty much saying "to get free DLC you must pay for online see the problem?"

lol, dude, your wrong

seriously, your trollin, maybe not on purpose but. the above statement is misguided and childish in every way. Go back to your occupy movement to see if you can protest your way into getting things companies spend money on for free.

you cant whine your way into free internet.

im out

the content was unneeded for the full game. this is part of the story my friend and to charge money for not getting the full ending and would have to pay for more.
the DLC is for Free it was already told and then to tell offline it isnt would be insulting. a how does the saying go? oh ya "telling someone they are trolling is trolling". anyways no im just not going to buy from BW or EA or whoever decides that offline players will have to pay for the ending DLC then in that case my inside source will let me know who is responsible and i just wont purchase anything from them for future sales. and maybe a little leak and have 2+ mil not buy from them either maybe, not a whole lot.

You do realise that in ME2 you didn't get the DLC content on disc either (even though Cerberus Network was free), so why should it be any different now?

Can you even play ME3 offline? What with Origin and all?

Or can you play offline with the console versions?

I thought you needed an internet connection to play ME3? Do the x-box and ps3 versions not need one?

It's not even fair to really say it's an "occupy Bioware" thread. I know a few OWSers and they are actually reasonable. This is just a whine thread to whine.

If you want things you have to find a job. Period. If you don't want to work you have to understand that you can't have everything. Sorry, but that's just how life is.

this isnt a whine thread at all which you failed to see. Some people just got off topic with getting into the right century and get a job raging at me but one person i saw actually gave a method. Everyone else is just being a **** and whining at me.

But you are whining about how it's not fair that you have to have Internet to get downloadable content. When people mentioned that if they did produce content on disc it would most likely cost some amount of money as the discs would have to be distrubuted and printed.

Points have been brought up and you summarily dismiss them. I'm sorry these aren't the answers you want, but they are the answers to the question that you are asking.

Your thread would be better off labeled as: "Possibility of getting free ending dlc on disc?" And then followed up by stating that you'd have to provide evidence of you buying the game new at the location or something along those lines.

But you did technically get endings, just not the endings you wanted. You just have to imagine the expanded endings or read about them if they are DLC ones, therefore you did get a full product.

here is the "imaginate" arrument. when you design a movie, or TV show, or Game. You don't make someone pay for it then end it with an open endded imaginate. See what happened here? 91% disliked, nice word for hated, that endings just like the Sopranos. in my Concept Storytelling. One of the important things you do when ending an entire series is you end it with a full closure which Casey said it would but instead it ended with confused open ended instead. Gears of War for example had a good ending and it was a full closure. this felt hushed but then again i dont blame BW because EA forced the production so instead of the 16 promised endings. instead we got 1 with 3 colors. thats why EA is becoming like Activision. they are geting more dislike for being rEApers of Mass effect

of course you can, having to be online to play ME3 on a console would be even dumber that the forced Origin activation on PC

OMG ok you are way WAY off. This DLC is something the original game was suppose to have because we were suppose to have a full closure ending as promised. now that they failed to deliver they are doing a free DLC but offline players are segregated in treatment and people are saying that my friends deserve to pay for a  free dlc because they don't have online.

If you paid $60 for the game you paid for the full game then but to say to offline people they get screwed over is an insult and ****s dont realize by saying these things this will encourage other devs into not making full games and lead to things like you pay $30 for half the game then $40 for the rest so that way you end up paying more etc and lead to much more corruption.

All i was looking for is someone with an actaully good idea or what the devs might do to give the offline players the free DLC without them being mis treated and only 1 person on hear actually had an answer. everyone else was like "get in the 21st century or get #$%&ed" which is just flamming. im not whinning at all i was asking for real answer and people just posted because they want their post count to go up and they have no idea except one person who gave a thoughtful answer.

OP, you have to believe me here. this is what I said as well. this is all that needs to be said. re-read. again. until it sinks in.

believe it or not, you just keep digging deeper and deeper into nonsense and whining. do YOURSELF a favor and stop. This thread has only served to show your immaturity and bring otherwise reasonable people to a very low level.

lol last part made me laugh a bit. what did you mean games you have to work hard? games are like movies and TV shows. they are entertainment.

Also try doing college again but with a down economy and no jobs for hire in a state with almost 10% on sales. now you see how hard it is. i avoid driving as much as possible just to save gas and fill up every 2 weeks still. Trust me here there is alot of BS that i dont want to go off topic anyfarther but certain peopel that shouldn't be working have the jobs that me and my friends and other classmates cant get even those really low jobs because these individuals will work for less then minimum wage. it pays off for them but for use we couldn't do and the hours aren't possible.

Anyways because at a college that does careers for VGP and GAD i have seen alot of what the gaming industry has turned into and its pretty bad hell Activision fired alot of the people ruining Elite to hire a bunch of our soon to be grads to do it for less in doing new updates for it. so the only way right now is kind of mean to think about but to get a job we have to hope someone gets fired for one of use to take it. Sad to think right?
