Tried to post on this earlier but it seems the forums ate my post.

I've got my CE unlocks downloaded in game.  In the journal it says I'll get one item immediately and the others at the party camp (whatever that is).

My problem is I haven't gotten any of the items at all.   Has anyone got this to work?  What's the deal?
