This is the ending i'm looking for

This guys needs to be hired by Bioware and put in charge in writing the comics, because so far this puts Mac Walters work to shame, not to mention he's managed to give me an ending to ME3 that Bioware failed to achieve.

This is awesome as I'm getting to see the fight and what everyone is up to including Bailey on the Citadel.

Sorry Bioware but this fan fiction is way above your artistic integrity in my opinion.

We don't know for sure yet which character survived in this Shepard's story. He's made mention that when the Ashley/Kaidan strip does get told, he might do it in parallel for each char.

And that Sarah / Yvonne thing from Vega, isn't that a "Chuck" reference? Sarah being the name of Yvonne Strahovski's (aka Miranda) character in Chuck. Might be a bit far fetched, though. Anyways, great read and definitely some really great moments (Wrex / Grunt especially!). Thx for putting so much effort into it! I wish we could have gotten an ending that's told like these comics...

These comics paint a climax that is so good (and exactly what I want to see). It has all the cameos we wanted, the right feel of heroism, of your friends and allies coming to Shep's aid the way that he/she once did for them.

Bioware, make the DLC exactly like this!

Hell, I'd even be prepared to accept Marauder Shields as a real character for the game - now that's a lore-breaking plothole I can dig!

Hold the line, Mr. Shields, we're coming...

Every time I feel bummed about the ending (usually after talking about it ad nauseam at work with a dozen different coworkers who also were disappointed) I just pop back over to these comics and feel better.

Wish the ending had been more like this. Definitely has a true sense of epic storytelling.

Oh (I just posted about my gratitude, but in the 'wrong' thread)

Thank so, so, so , so much for thhis! You have made me laugh so much!

Actually, I think I'm going to buy that T-shirt. It would be something, a 46 (well 47 in Oct) y/o woman! Haha!

I wonder if there may be even a coffee mug, too? :o
(I know of these kind of coffee mugs that goes from white to black, or if it was the other way around, when it gets hot, on these kind of web-site-shops LOL)

This comic is awesome this is the type of end game I wanted to see from ME3, every choice I made every team mate I connected with imparting the story so it was truely a product of my choices.

MOAR!

Like I said in another thread, that is true ending, at least for me. Marauder Shields resignation and Major Kirrahe one are pure awesome. Also liked the idea somebody mentioned: playing as Bailey to retake the Citadel with all that assets your gain or not gain. IMHO Bioware also had many great ideas that just scrapped due to EA strict deadlines.

Fantastic work Koobismo. The artwork, writing and music have a way of invoking all the emotion that Bioware's true ending completely lacked. Whereas Bioware's true ending left me upset and frustrated your ending Koobismo is truly riveting. Keep up the good work.

Words from Koobismo about Marauder Shields-as-Nihlus:

Indeed he is, kind sir, indeed he is.

And because of the fact that he once was a Spectre, a proud representative of the Turian Hierarchy (note that Turians usually have a powerful inclination toward self-sacrifice) and a true believer in the freedom of all living creatures, he was able to awaken from his "Reaper dream" and see beyond Harbinger's orders.

He basically jump started he own soul back to life.

Epic. So. ****ing. Epic.
