I want him to get convicted of genocide of millions for guiding the reapers, tried by a war tribunal full of mean turians, and then have them upload him to a USB drive and deliver him directly onto the devil's doorstep. Then, when that little kid is in hell and gets dumped in Michael Jackson's playroom, then I will be happy.

Seconded.  I also would like the boss fight to be very, very video-gamey.  No, seriously, I like it when a game feels like it really is a game.

No seriously, that would be awsome.  Maybe it can be a part of the happy option, should you earn it.

I wrote an ending where something like that happened.  Oh and the Star Child was a projection sent into Shepard's mind to try and trick him into using the crucible the wrong way.

Have Shepard be the chief prosecutor and give a speech on how we, as the galaxy, have come together to say no to prejudice and genocide.

And after the inevitable conviction, drag the brat to the burnt-out center of that big fire in Palaven. Destroy the Brat AI and leave the gallows standing. So that out of all that sadness there will be at least one spot of joy amidst the devastation.
