No icons and no notes. We can find out after selecting.
Or rather, that we don't find out until after selecting. The character acting at what is effectively a random manner is not a good thing in an RPG.
If it’s a renegade interrupt you will know approximately what will happen, also with most interrupts there is no time for reading just enough time to right click if you can see it in time.
I would rather have no interrupts, just like it was in DAO.

Pick an ending - A B or C.
The forums would explode.

Lets try not to force Origins down my throat with DA3.

Kinect/Move controls
Facebook/Twitter integration
Microtransactions
Day One DLC
Origin exclusive
No tactical camera
Dialogue wheel with worthless paraphrases
Multiplayer that sucks resources away from single player
No mod support
Making combat more real time, thereby further marginalizing full party tactical control
Not beefing up the graphics on a technical level
Mage/Templar War with one note cardboard cutouts like Orsino and Meredith
Rushing the game out
Not including some kind of narrative dénouement
Import bugs
Pointless cameos and/or bugged cameos
Uncanny Valley plastic faces like DA2
Recycled dungeons/maps
and probably more...
Yeah they're gonna do between 70% and 100% of these things.

In short, to listen too much to the voice of the community.

- Screw our choices in the previous games (like showing up a character who was dead or making canon a choice I didn't made)
- Make useless bugged cameos and then not fixing the import bugs (for that I preffer those characters not to appear)
- Not to work deep in which could have been a good story.
- Screw the continuity changing the lore (elven and Qunari looks, timelines, how the offspring of an elf/human looks like...)
Summarizing. Making a sequel which is not really a sequel.
Wait.
Those are the reasons I don't like DA2

Seriously, have the same kind of companion interaction we had in DAO. More RPG, less shooter. Don't make the mistake of thinking I am buying a work of art, when I am buying a video game and require a decent Boss fight at the end!

I think your close with the 100% mark, I sadly see almost all that was listed implemented.
