I have had this game since release with absolutely no issues running the game at max graphics settings. However, over the past few days, I have started getting graphical glitches that require a forced restart of my machine (hence no screenshots). The best way I can describe the issue would be that the screen freezes (causing the HUD to flicker or go away completely) and I get 'pixel lines' all over the screen. 

As of this morning I am using patch 1.01b. It has also happened on the previous and current versions of my video driver.

Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem and if so is there something I can do about it.

Vista Home SP2 (64-bit)
Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 2.4ghz
4GB RAM
Nvida GEForce 9800 GT
