 My friend and I are playing on separate TVs, separate games but on the same network. Whenever I try to create a private game so we can play together, within 2 minutes of making it, we both disconnect from the ea servers. I have restarted the modem and Xbox multiple times and nothing has changed.

I also have this problem but just playing solo. I am not losing my xbox live connection so I don;t think it's my internet connection. I just get dropped from EA's servers. It's happening a lot lately.
