I have to preface my issue by saying that I'm not going to bad mouth Bioware in any way. The Mass Effect series is the only sci fi series I have truly loved, and I am upset that we'll only get three games out of a universe that is more diverse and ideologically complex than any I have experienced. As a student of political philosophy, I appreciate the nods to Thomas Hobbes and Ayn Rand, though I've never cared for them.
I played the first two games on my PC, and I had every intention of doing the same with the third game. However, the Kinect integration, as well as the allure of a final fight on my big screen TV encouraged me to buy the Xbox version. I attempted to import my PC saves used Gibbed's Mass Effect 2 Save Editor. Without changing any decisions I had made, I resaved my files as xbsav files, and loaded both on to jump drives. I have tried a 512MB jump drive (too limited for the 360), as well as a Dane-Elec 4 GB (which was supposedly fine for the 360, with the caveat that performance may not be ideal), and finally a completely-approved PNY 4 GB I purchased specifically for this purpose.
My Xbox has not been able to find saved files on any of the three jump drives. I am in the final battle on earth now, and I would really like to experience the game with the modifications from my prior work, when I go through the game a second time. Any help from any one would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Matt
