Requesting this get a sticky or at least a few bumps.

I know I'm not alone in this as I've heard and seen this all over the forums and on Xbox live. You saw the big weekend announcement, you killed the Reapers, more Brutes then you can count and did it on every mode you could, Those of us that did it on Silver were supposed to get one of the following from a weapon Pack;

• N7 Valkyrie Assault Rifle
• N7 Crusader Shotgun
• N7 Hurricane Submachine Gun
• N7 Valiant Sniper Rifle
• N7 Eagle Pistol

Yet... Some of us didnt get so lucky, I myself included, did not receive my pack for the Silver Completion, I went and had a talk with not one, but TWO EA technical specialists, and I got this

"I request you to still wait for some time and then check for it on your xbox if you still didn't got it feel free to contact us again"

"Our developer will fix this issue very soon."

In the end, I'm left high and dry without my Trophy weapon (Lets face it, to an experienced gamer, thats all they are and thats all they count for.) and I just have to sit on my thumbs and wait for a fix that will never come (or come so far down the line I wont get the fix, I'll get swept under the rug as per the usual course of things)

If you had a similar experience, Please Bump, or Post here to let this be further known.

Well, did you try to redeem it before today? Because the packs had an expiration date for no apparent reason. (March 27 at 5pm PST)

As far as customer support, they are completely helpless to solve missing multiplayer content issues. This isn't just me jumping on the "EA support sux loll!!!" They literally have not been given any information or authorization regarding multiplayer items.

I'm going to assume that you simply skimmed my message or you wouldnt have asked me that question. I never even got the pack, it didnt come through, at all, EVER. While all of my friends were celebrating with their weapons, I got nothing. I contacted EA about it and got nothing, its supposedly a known error that they are quote, "Working to repair." I tried to redeem it, I reloaded, Restarted, Reset my internet, Did everything I could think of, and, Got nothing.


Edit: Also, I was "Given" the pack by an EA Rep, the Operation Goliath Commendation (Valid until Tuesday, March 27 at 5pm PST)didnt even appear until they "Gave" it to me on the 29th of March. So them not having authorization or information about it is a rumor based on hearsey.
