I purchased the Ultimate edition of DA:O on Steam and redeemed the promo code - and I instead recieved a DLC pack for DA2.  I don't own DA2, and the key I used was from the standard keys that Steam has for DAO.

I was given two keys for this game:

- One that redeemed DA2 material
- Another that isn't the correct character length, so it doesn't really do anything

Is this an issue that could be potentially resolved by Bioware?
