Actually, if you look carefully, you will see a section on your entitlements page called "Registered Prodcuts." All four Collector rifle codes I got added the relevant item to that section.
This is the first exception so far.

It is entirely possible that the account used to preorder the items is different from the email with which they are registered. Maybe it was preordered as a gift for someone else. Maybe it was resold. Maybe the person just made a mistake.

I think it is feasible because I believe the collector assault rifle already exists in the multiplayer as a weapon but only for those who bought the art book and those of us who SHOULD have the pack, again I'm not 100% sure but from what based on observations it seems as though this will be how the dlc is distributed whenever it will come out

Please state if you have one already from some other purchas and whether you received it.
I have three collector rifles and never received it.

I have three collector rifles and never received it.
I received the email yesterday morning.
I do not play the multiplayer, so I am certain that I have never gotten the Collector Rifle for Galaxy at War (or any other multiplayer unlocks for that matter). I also did not purchase any of the peripherals from Razer, so I do not have the Collector Rifle for the Campaign either.
I own the game for the Xbox 360 AND the PC. I would much prefer to receive the pre-order bonus AT12 Raider Shotgun on my PC edition of the game as opposed to getting a code for multiplayer (a game mode I'll never play) on my Xbox 360 copy (which I haven't touched in a few months).
However, as of this post I have not received the promised pack on either platform. Call it a hunch, but with all the other "issues" with the game right now....I don't think I ever will.

I am not sure if the reason I have not received it is due to my gamer tag being associated to a different account than the one I pre-ordered the game from or not. I tried to get EA to move my gamer tag over and cancel the account so I only have one instead of two accounts but they wont do this so I am waiting to see if there is some sort of code that will be sent or not.
I contacted customer service but noone knew what I was talking about and kept referring me to bioware and xbox live support before hanging up on me with "nothing we can do" response.
I don't play the multi player mode anyway, I don't have xbox live gold and is waste of money to me since I don't play multi player games.
I am not really that bothered by these addon weapons, the argus rifle in myop is not that great. The collector armor in the single player mode also isn't that great in myop, so their collector rifle if I ever see it, which I doubt, I am not holding my breath on.
I probably play the game a bit different than most so...
Anyway I was surprised to get the email, I thought we were suppose to get another weapon but I am satisfied overall with what bonuses came with the CE, especially the extra mission.
I am not holding my breath on anything further on this or the other issues reported. Will be interesting to see the DLC though. Most of the addon's, DLC and updates stopped after about a year on the other two games so will expect same with ME3.

My understanding after talking to customer support is that the at 12 raider shotgun will at some point be available to consoles but issues arose and it's no longer their top priority to keep the promises they made originally
