So I bought ME1, played it for 4 hours. Got stuck in an elevator in feros. I had no saves before or after that so your forums tell me I have to start over. No big deal. I am a calm guy. So I figure what the hey. I will poke around in Mass effect 2 and start ME 1 over again later....
So I am playing ME 2 and I get stuck in a wall. I guess the lesson learned is that I should have 2 save files....
But I drop 120$ 2 of your products ... I dont know what to say. I have never been so angry at a videogame in my life.
What am I to do? Should I return the games?
Bought ME1 and 2 Both games get stuck.

How the heck would *we* know? "My products?" I wish. There are only a couple of gamers here these days who might answer normal gamer to gamer self-help questions. Neither EA nor Bioware was ever in this forum doing anything. There are tons of archives, and the elevator thing was fixed, if you got the patch, I think. The game's three years old, after all.
ME-2 has its own separate tech discussion forum, and Bioware came and went in there when that game was brand new, but no more.
